Give everyone that works here a raise. I've been coming to this location for years and years and the service and food quality are always awesome. The line is always moving so you don't really have to wait too long. I haven't been inside so I can't comment on the condition of the interior.
There was a long line due to a customer PASSING OUT in his car unfortunately but Lena was SO SO nice and made sure we had everything we ordered even though it was super hectic and kinda stressful because of aforementioned customer. Give her a raise!
It has been while since I visited a McDonald. We went in to get their fresh premium coffee for two.The coffee was so fresh and the price was 1/3 of what we paid at Starbucks.It was so great and we decided to get a breakfast egg muffin. It was one of the best breakfast with premium coffee combo!On top of it, we even got a refill for both of us. What a deal! And when we download their app, we even got a free Big Mac for our brunch.We spent a good two hours of drinking, eating and chatting at McDonald. It was so good!
I have gone there twice at 3:30 am once on 3/19/22 and 3/20/22, first day they were closed, second day their system was down. Both times the app let me place an order, but the store had no way of actually fulfilling the order. Stopped again on 3/21/22, at 3:40am after placing an order through the app and once again they told me they are only doing cash, their system is down. Last edit. After writing a complaint mcdonalds reached out to me and made things right. They explained that their system is down daily between 3 and 4am for a reboot, hence cash only. This should be something the staff is made aware of and let the customer know. Needless to say I will not be stopping by here on my way to work since I never carry cash and why would I start just to go to McDonalds. They get 3.5 stars for customer service and follow through.
I was just stopping by to get something to snack on and the lady taking orders was very rude. I told her my order and she was trying to give me the wrong thing. She asked if that was all and I asked for a dipping sauce and she sounded very frustrated. Very rude and needs to work on her customer service skills.
Used a reward code to get a Vanilla Iced Coffee for $0.99 cents, if I have a reward code is because I have accumulated points from my previous purchases, so, I don’t understand why would I get an iced coffee without ice, and with a watery taste, very disappointed, lady was also rude when taking the order, if you don’t like your job you just quit instead of giving a horrible customer service. Do not recommend.
Food is always hot, line moves fast, staff is very friendly, and order is always accurate. I left this review as I (for some reason) got food at a different mcdonalds location in the woodlands and it was not good to say the least, food was cold and chewy (it felt old) . This location is awesome!
My meal was hot, fresh, and accurate, what more can you ask for from a McDonald’s? The food tasted good. I tried the apple fritter today, and it wasn’t bad, I’d get it again. The staff was polite. I didn’t get a shake so I can’t verify if the shake machine is working or not.
It is mc donalds, cheap edible food. Anyone gives 5 stars is a crowney. Wouldn't change a thing. The employees are friendly and service is good.
I stopped at this McDonald’s and my experience was great! It may have been a short wait because it’s a holiday, but my food was so good! My oatmeal was perfect and my sausage biscuit was fresh, soft, & hot. Y’all have no idea how many McDonald’s mess up my food. This location knows what they’re doing!
