Went to McDonalds this evening to get something to eat for me and my family. When I got to the window to pay with my card, my card declined bc my crazy tail self had it turned off smh. So my brother told the lady at the window taking the payment that we’ll be back, I just needed to charge my phone and turn it my card back on..Well, I didn’t have to do that because that very nice lady paid for our food. I really hope she doesn’t get in trouble for this, idk what the policy is there (so if she can get in trouble, pretend this review never happened lol). But I want her to know that we thank her soooooo much. She has no idea how much that meant to me. She showed my little ones in the backseat that GREAT humans do exist in this cruel world. So thank you nice lady in the window taking my payment, we’re extremely grateful for you. God bless you and yours ❤️
This is the worst McDonald's I've been to. Every single time they get your order wrong, and good luck if you order through the app. They literally sit there and watch you wait in your car like a deer I'm headlights while your food is sitting there getting cold, then sometimes you'll have to reorder because they didn't even get your first one. Not to mention it's run by a bunch of rude kids and the older staff doesn't care either. Out of any McDonald's this is the worst location.
I like this McDonalds when I'm in the mood for something close and cheap. It's McDizzles, so you know what to expect with the quality of food, but that's not why I dock a point. I dock a point because this location's drive thru is ALWAYS full. No joke, it's faster to park, get out of the car, go inside, order (and the staff is always friendly and nice), wait 2 minutes, get your food, and then leave, than it is to wait through the drive through.I understand that there's probably nothing that can be done to improve that, and it's not the establishment's fault. The area it's around is growing and growing fast and with this being the only place in the neighborhood that's got a drive through? It's only going to get worse.
Is it hard to add cheese or make a order correctly called 5 times and no answer but the first call someone answered and hanged up… worse place to order at night 2 days in a row me and my friends order were incorrect… seems like the daytime orders are perfect then night. Completely disappointed with this place
Watch out for overcharges and bait and switch when ordering from the app. I added one of the deals for free fries and drink if you buy a chicken sandwich. They charged me for the fries and drink when they ran my payment. When I questioned it the lady who said she was a manager said the sandwich I chose was not part of the deal. When I showed her it was through the app, she said there was nothing they could do. She kept going somewhere else to talk to the manager who never showed their face. I asked if I could get a refund. She refused. I asked for something equivalent in price. She refused and only offered a soda. All of this back and forth for about 15 minutes in the drive thru. I don't know how many people lost their patience and drove off. Seems management at this location does not care about losing business nor customer service. The way gas prices are right now, you take all the little deals you can get. The extra amount I had to pay because they would not honor their own deal would have paid for a gallon of gas.
I’m appalled at my order my fries I was given cold overcooked stale fries it was so salted I couldn’t even eat, my Big Mac came out ruined too much sauce too much lettuce the only thing that came out fresh was my nuggets that I made on a second order it’s so shocking because I come in here every day and I’ve never gotten an order like this 2:38 am 02/28/2022
This McDonald’s is currently under construction, be careful what you order and look at what you eat before digesting. Got home and there was white fuzzy stuff on 2 orders of medium French fries. It looks like insulation. Not safe to eat.
I am an Uber driver. When I arrived they told me it was closed. Pickups are done through the drive through.No problem.. but....she was delivering food to the mobil order.She said she would bring my pickup out to me... 10 mins later. I knocked on the door. A young man brought the uber order to the door. Another man. Stopped him from unlocking tje door and said i had to go through the drive threwWasted so much of my time.
This is the worst McDonald’s I will never stop here again I ordered three breakfast sandwiches for my kids and they gave me only one that I ordered and when I went back in for them to correct it the lady at the window tried to say I ordered it that way even though my receipt said my correct order how hard is it to be accountable for doing your job come on people your job doesn’t require too many skills smdh
Sorry Wendy's you will never recreate McDonald's fries. It can't be done. McD makes my day with an iced coffee.
