It's McDonald's and they're pretty consistent. I am not really keen on much of the breakfast menu, but my mother-in-law loves the sausage biscuits, so I would get the sausage burritos. I've loved them for years now, but whenever I order them from this McDonald's, they are super dry and I just throw them away. Needless to say, we don't go there much, especially before they serve lunch.
Great news in that we finally got a restaurant where the fries stayed hot through the entire meal! Also the bun on the Big Mac didn't fall apart as well. Only downside was that my wife's chicken sandwich tasted bland as there was no dressing on it, only pickles...good experience and the patrons and staff were super friendly
They give burgers with no patty. Cold sandwiches and cold fries. Happy meals with only fries and then when you tell them they give you attitude. I'll drive 10 minutes to the one on fairfield before I come to this one again
Great music in a very peculiar setting. Worth the trip if you are into grassroots music.
My daughter and I went to McDonald's (her request) at 9:24pm and the doors were locked sign & Internet says dining room doesn't close until 10:00 - I drive a box truck so we can't go though the drive thru. Another family pulling a trailer were also wanting to order inside as we were leaving.
Gig and delivery driver perspective.I normally avoid picking up and delivering fast food. The guarantee has to be worth it because most of these are going to apartments, which are a whole other job in addition to picking these up.That said, the manager at this place is a great guy and the food here is out quick. It's one of two McDonald's in the entire city of Houston that I will run and a lot has to do with the manager that's there. No matter how busy they are, he comes over and shakes my hand makes small talk and offers me a drink. The other McDonald's in the city don't even acknowledge that you're standing there. Literally.Whoever the owner is of this McDonald's has a heck of a manager
Better than most! Every time I go there I have no bad things to say. The manager, Heather was very professional and seemed to enjoy her job.
Great facility; clean, friendly staff. Food was was great. Packaging was great.
Fast friendly service through the drive through. I placed an order on the app while sitting in the parking lot so I could have more time to decide and not feel like I was blocking people behind me. Once the order was placed I went to drive through and received the order very quick. Was a little surprised that the was almost zero delay between completing the order and them being ready to start it less than a minute later. Other fast food apps take longer to get to the selected store it seems
Staff is always very rude in the drive through. Just left the location and the employee was very rude when I was trying to make a 20 piece a meal by adding a drink and fries(I know there’s no 20 piece meal). They asked if I wanted a basket of fries and I said no. They still charged me for a basket of fries. Of course when I got my food I was looking for the sauces and didn’t see them in the bag, I asked the employee at the window for the sauces and she said it was in the bag. When I got home of course no sauces… employees are just lazy, rude and lack customer service.
