We’ve ordered food to go from this location several times. Our order has always been accurate and fresh. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly.
Friendly staff. Maricella was helpful, happy & made my experience enjoyable. Location is clean. Pleasant atmosphere music from '60's, '70's.Ordered the Spud Max--very delicious. Redeemed my points for a free tea. Will be back!
Went in there yesterday and the guy at the register was not friendly and when asked something he responded with words 100 miles per hour! Like when it came to asking what type of chips i could barely get a word. No manners whatsoever. Did not greet us not even while I came up and greeted him before placing my order. The other girl who was there was very attentive and polite. Do yourself a favor and avoid the guy with the glasses.
Food is always awesome, but you don't get everything that you're supposed to if you get it delivered. Au jus sandwich came with no au jus, as well as the potato. Salads came with no dressing, and sandwiches had no pickles. My son's kids meal did not come with his side of Mac and cheese. I paid extra for bacon, and Rotel cheese on my baked potato, and it had none. What's worse is, this is not the first time! We love the food, but don't get it delivered if you want all of it. It's as if they purposely leave out the side, and extra items, cause when we pick it up, we get everything we ordered. Pick it up, and check it, it's the only way to get all your food. This is unacceptable, especially since we're regulars.
I wouldn’t recommend going to this McAlisters if you have several food allergies. I mentioned to the rep to have my sandwich plain, as I cannot have the toppings. The sandwich was still served with the toppings. They tried fixing the sandwich however, they told me the didn’t know what plain meant and proceeded to give me the sandwich with the toppings. Please fix.
Placed a curbside pick up order for lunch. Parked in the designated curbside pick up spot and my order never came out. Decided to walk in to check on the status on my curbside order. The lady behind the counter rudely told me “ it’s over there” and pointed to the cabinet where the food was. Very disappointed in the staffs attitude. They should not have the option for curbside pick up if they are not going to pertain to it.
We have eaten at McAlister’s since they opened the first one in Fort Worth. We have always been happy with the service and the food. They have the cheapest price on kids meals. The staff is for the most part helpful and friendly.They are very busy during the Sunday church rush.
Man this spot is delish! Super clean and staff is super nice! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
I do recommend them because their food is great, but that’s it!!! Customer service is definitely as issue in that restaurant and also it took them 30 minutes to get my food out, not of those are ridiculous.
Gross!! Awhile back my husband had hair in his sandwich. Nasty but assumed it was a rare occurrence. My daughter wanted McAlisters for dinner so we dined in and she had a sandwich (she loved it) and a salad. A few bites into her salad I noticed she looked sick. I looked at her salad and there were multiple strands of long, black, curly hair. What the heck?! We walked right out and will never return.
