Delicious sandwiches and soup! We’re from out of town so I wasn’t excited about getting sandwiches as a vacation meal. McAlister’s was open. They service was super friendly. We talked to quite a few of the staff. The restaurant was very clean. I tried the Jalepeno Turkey Crunch - delicious. Just the right amount of heat. I enjoyed the strawberry lemonade and the broccoli chowder as well. We got take-out so my pictures don’t do justice but we will probably go back before our trip is over. Great experience for our dinner tonight!
Just don't ! Food orders are consistently wrong or missing items. Employees act like you are interrupting them when you walk up to the counter. Pick-up orders are tossed on shelves off to the side - you get to shuffle through all the orders sitting there to find your own order..... this place is an embarrassment to the McAlister name.......
??? Wow. So put of my entire 30 years of life today I tried McAlisters for the first time. From the moment I walked in the environment was calm and I was kindly greeted with joy by the cashier , Harmony. She was so pleasant and helpful. The manager was also there multitasking throughout the deli . She too was kind ,sweet ,and helpful. I had no idea what to order initially , I eventually chose the Savanah Salad , Jalapeño Turkey Crunch, famous sweet tea, And Banana butterscotch pie.All of my food was so delicious. I cannot wait some revisits this location. Highly recommended ?
Wonderful experience! Not only does McAlister’s have tasty food, but the customer service is fantastic. Ashly has been great! I work nearby and make sure to come see her at least once a week. She’s seriously great and always brightens my day!
The food was good but the staff was the worst I've ever seen anywhere. They were shadow boxing in the lobby, running around behind the counter. A coin almost hit us as soon as we got to the counter from the staff messing around. One girl started our order and then just walked off without saying anything, and another one came and finished our order. One employee actually asked us if we minded him doing a handstand. Another employee stood at the kitchen door and then flay out kicked it open. They were all nice enough but very, very unprofessional; we just couldn't believe what was happening around us!! We will try another location but will not be back to this one.
McAlister’s is a great place to eat. I enjoy the freshness of their salads. I wish that they would change their DoorDash menu to be able to write in custom specializations. It’s important for people with food allergies to be able to indicate that. Also, they have small bags of tortilla chips in their store, but you can’t order that online. That’s my only drawback. Great food and good sweet tea!
We love McCalisters, I will not be going to the one in Spring ever again. We stop there on Sunday for lunch, and was terribly disappointed with the service. I order the potato soup and it was completely cold, like they had just pulled it out of the fridge. Also order the French dip sandwich and the broth was cold as well. Took my plate to the counter to let one of the employees know, and when she told the kitchen workers they started giving me nasty looks. Needless to say at that point I had lost my appetite, and decided that I was not going to eat there. Is really sad that the service has gone down so much.
We love stopping in McAlister's Deli for their awesome soup's which taste even better this time of the year.
Visited this location for the 1st time. There were only approx. 5 tables with people eating and 1 customer that ordered in front of me. I ordered half a sandwich and soup and waited right at 20 minutes to get my order. The young lady who took my order was great but when my order was ready another lady just handed me my bag without a word, even after I said thank you. Overall, food was good, but service was not 5 star.
Love this place. They have a really great selection of food for reasonable prices. My wife and I do a pick to and we both end up eating for around 10 bucks. Cant beat that especially with the quality of food
