I've noticed since covid people are closing earlier than their proclaimed business hours I stopped at a Marco's Pizza to get a delivery for an Uber eats and it was about 10 till midnight and they're not supposed to close until midnight so they would have at least made the pizza my guess is maybe the guys wanted to eat it or what have you but when somebody says that they don't close until midnight and they close before midnight that's false advertising and anytime I run into false advertising I will never frequent that business on my own

We order most Friday here for the kids pizza Friday. Last Friday I put in my address as usual and the pizza and wings got delivered at the wrong address with the same street number as ours. The manager was not helpful at all customer service is a zero star if I could put that. They told me I will have to order another order and pay for it. They didn’t know who signed the receipt for the delivery since I didn’t sign it and I was supposed to sign it.
Worse pizza ? ever not worth the money, the taste was way off, the only thing is it was hot. Store pizza taste much better.
Love the pizza bowl. Great for my low carb lifestyle? All of the ingredients were really fresh! Paired great with the greek salad.
Horrible experience with this Marcos ending with food poisoning. Ordered pizza and wings with double sauce. Received pizza missing pepperoni and wings were sauce less. Called to get it corrected and was told it would be an hour and a half to get it redelivered so we went to pick it up. Order was still wrong but by this time we just needed to eat because it was getting too late. That night we both got extremely sick. My husband was sick the whole next day and I became so sick and dehydrated since I couldn’t keep anything down that I fainted and had to go to urge ER. I left a complaint on the website and asked to be contacted and have heard nothing. We also called to the store and we were told a manager would call us back and no one ever did.
I went to pick up an online order. The woman making the pizza has one glove on one hand. The other hand without a glove. She touched her nose twice and stuck her hand back into the cheese and pepperoni. Another worker took cash from a customer and then went over to make pizza without washing his hands or putting in gloves! What a health hazard this place is! I am absolutely disgusted and will never walk into a Marcos Pizza again. This was a horrible first and last impression.
The person making the pizzas had one glove on and one glove off. She wiped her nose twice while making pizza within 15 seconds of each other, and stuck her hands into the cheese and then the pepperoni. The person that was taking cash from a customer walked over without washing his hands or putting on gloves stuck his hands into the cheese. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I will never walk into a Marcos pizza again. This was a horrible first and last experience. This is a health hazard!! I waited online for at least three minutes to cancel my order because I was so disgusted. There are five people working there no one paid any attention to the customers waiting and I walked out. 
Worst customer service experience
I gave this Marcos MULTIPLE attempts to get their service corrected. My orders on most occasions were either delivered cold, or over an HR late. I also get sass from a driver because he marked that it had been delivered, when it hadn't been... And I had to go find him in the parking lot of the apts.When I called to get my complimentary order that mgr had promised for my next visit, another mgr said no notes were taken. So he then called the GM(25 minutes later, mind you), and proceeded to tell me that they would fill it this time... But then they were setting my number as a DO NOT SERVE, because the multiple complaints. REALLY?! So, instead of fixing the issues you have with staff, you would rather write off a customer. No worries, Mate. Papa John's, Pizza Hut, and Dominoes have NO ISSUE finding my apartment... And ON TIME with a hot pizza. Good riddance!
