The ice cream is delicious. Dont waste your money on their cookies though. As they are tasty they are wayyyyy over priced.
I ordered my daughter graduation ? cookie cake, and I think a 4 year old made it. I'm very disappointed. Hopefully the people in charge will contact me ? ?
I got the American cookies and ther service was good just wasn't a huge fan.
I have been there several times. The service is great. The staff is friendly and polite. The ice cream is delicious. My child prefer the chocolate one and myself the cinnambun with pecans. The cookies are very good. I still need to try more but today was ice cream visit :)
My kids are happy so I'm happy. So many choices, so little time, so much melting!!! Bring wet naps!
Rude rude rude employee!80 year old lady with us was freezing outside needed to stand inside to quickly eat her ice cream.We were basically kicked out. It doesn't matter what "policies" are set. She was not spreading any virus anymore than she was when she decided on what she wanted, got it, and paid! Shut your place down completely if you choose not to have customers inside!
We will never be back to Great American Cookie Company-Marble Slab Cream again......we were told we have to eat our icecream outside in the cold they are a liberal 666 Company
The ice cream is always great. They had lots of options to choose from. I got the red velvet with walnuts. Also got blue cotton candy with rainbow sprinkles. Really good. Highly recommend this location. Staff was very helpful and nice. Great service.

My husband and I went for ice cream last night, we arrived before closing time and the Doors were already locked, the staff was already cleaning up like if they were ready to go home. Why do they close before the closing time is my question. Another family pulled up and same thing. If the staff were truly about customer service they could of helped 2 families out before the actual closing time. Will never go here again, the staff just looked unprofessional and not very friendly. This happened on Tuesday 8/10/2021.
