Love this location! Fast service, and clean environment lots of seating space and lots of flavors to choose from. Super creamy and robust flavors that will definitely have you coming back for more!
I always like ice cream here! We normally go after a kid hair cut next door, and the young people there are very attentive and respectful. Bathroom are clean. Post covid there are not seats available, so we just sit outside. We'll be there again next after the next kids haircut

Nice place to grab some ice cream from you and family, they have home made flavors (Amaretto, Red Velvet, CheeseCake, Cinnamon, strawberry, and others)
The place was a nice. The ice was delicious. The flavors great, the chocolat and cinnambun were excellent. My daugther is very pick with flavor and love it. The cookies look great. Short staff so the waiting was longer than expected. During the wait I saw how they prepare snickers milkshake (I will try need time) and I saw a puck up order (giant cookie - very nice decoration and presentation) as the birthdays cakes. I will come back
We were waiting in line and only two employees were serving customers. A third employee came out and started waiting on the group behind us. So infuriating to be ignored while someone behind you is waited on first! This was not about the number of staff; it's about being ignored and not treated like a paying customer.
I went inside to order and no one seems to be trained. It was very dirty everywhere. She didn't know what was in the ice cream I ordered. Then she kept asking me if I wanted each ingredient. When she finished it was runny. The cup was very messy and she didn't seem to know what to do. I took it and wiped it off. I used to go there about twice a month, NEVER AGAIN!!!
Wear a mask they said to support struggling small businesses.. I wore the mask and NEVER stayed home. Get vaccinated. Got vaccinated. Texas is open 100%......NOT at this Marble Slab. Refused service even with month old shot record. You have lost this customer FOR LIFE and I will make it my personal mission to ensure you lose enough customers to close your doors permanently. You are not what the US represents and do not deserve to have a business here. ....and your smart mouth response to the complaints about mask mandate aren't cute. Just so you know. Go live in a bubble if you're that scared!!!!
The guy in front of me was waiting for like 20 mins without a mask. The whole time he was without a mask lol. When it was time to pay now you can't be served because you don't have a mask! It is a a political zoo in this store! Warning... DO NOT GO!! Plus the Mango ice cream was too sour and the Pecan ice cream was too sweet. Nothing smooth about it's flavors; how I usually enjoy my ice cream.
This location has the absolute worst customer service. From now on I will drive to Tomball to get my kids ice cream. Never again. This is twice now I’ve had rude service from them. I will spend my money elsewhere.
