Drinks are good. Friendly staff. Very clean. Something needs to be done about the a/c.Also if you tip a waitress she has to share that tip with the other waitresses. That's not right. If I tip someone I want that tip to go to the person I tipped. Owner stop doing this. It's immoral.

We had the place! Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was crisp and delicious. Had a hard time choosing. Good options. Bourbon on shelf was Weller 12 and Blantons... Great first visit. Will be back!

Servers are very friendly. Drinks are good when they finally arrive.Service is very slow.Sweet potato fries were limp and barely warm.Knife was dirty. When we arrived, only one other table was seated, and the whole time we were there there were only 4 total tables seated, so it’s hard to understand the super slow service. The first time we came it was fantastic: great food and service. Each visit has been worse. This is our last.

Always a great time on any random day. The waitstaff is helpful, friendly, and engaging. I’ve never had anything on the menu I didn’t love. Their hamburger salad is phenomenal. Went for the first time when they had dueling piano a few weeks ago. What an epic night!!

Every time we go into Lucky Dogs we are greeted by the SWEETEST bar staff! Ashley always greets us with the biggest smile and best attitude. She pretty much is pouring our usual drinks when we walk through the door. She knows exactly what we want. They will change the TVs to any game you want. I will say it is hard to find bars in the area that will happily give you this kind of service. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Y’all need to go check this spot out! Ask for Ash!

I love Lucky Dogs any day of the week! Trivia, Karaoke, and the happy hour specials are some of the best around! Always clean and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly! My husband and I try to visit as often as we can. Never a bad experience!

We found this place when we moved to that area several months back and now go every week. They offer something every night of the week. The servers are the sweetest ladies and always keep up with their tables no matter how busy they are! The food is delicious, too. We have tried different dishes and have yet to be disappointed. You HAVE to try their steaks!!

I decided to stop in and check out the local places as we just moved here from out of state. After six weeks of high pressure and stress from driving multiple children and animals over 1,200 miles and unpacking for nine days, I was looking forward to a quiet drink. The bar was almost empty and I was quickly served. It was the perfect atmosphere and I loved the friendly wait staff!

Horrible place. Ordered a pull pork sandwich that tasted old. I asked the waitress if I could exchange the sandwich for something else. She stated that the owner doesn’t take food back. I asked to speak to the owner and he stated that it was the voted best pork sandwich. Maybe a fresh one but definitely not this one. I asked the owner could I still exchange and he said no and walked away. I had the waitress bring the bill so I could pay and leave. The owner came back outside and slammed the receipt down in front of me and said “ I took off the sandwich and do me a favor and never return to my bar”. If that’s the customer service you are looking for this is the place for you. As far as me and my people we will never return and I will never ever recommend anyone to this place. Which is sad because it’s close by my house.

GREAT menu options. Everything tasted so good, especially theor wok fried calamari. I'd keep going back for that alone. The chicken fried ribeye, fried deviled eggs, bacon candy...the list goes on. San Antonio NEEDS to get a Lucky Dog or 2 or 3 to add to our list of restaurants. I plan I eating here every time I go to Houston now.
