Dirty. Disgusting. Entire store had spills, trash, unstocked counters, etc. Management is clearly incompetent.
I got the family meal. The fish was fried hard and dark and the chicken was really greasy. The coleslaw and hush puppies were on point though along with the fries. But, I was looking forward to the fish and the chicken and I was disappointed. We want at Long John's since we haven't had it in a long time and with us driving back from Dallas it was perfect. Not. Probably will not be coming back to this location
It’s really sad to watch LJS continue to decline in quality and service. Years ago LJS was a pretty good stop for fast seafood. Not anymore. I’m pretty sure the fish used to be cod years ago. Now it’s pollock. Pollock doesn’t taste as good as cod, in my opinion. Pollock tastes “fishier.” The fish now comes out thinner, floppy, and a bit rubbery. It used to be thick and crispy. And unfortunately, at this location, the employees look at you like you’re a bother when you walk in the door. It’s really too bad. I miss the old LJS.
I went to this KFC/Long John Silvers, particularly for Long John Silvers, wanted something different from chicken or beef. I went through the drive through and they were great! Great service, great smile, fast and the fish, fries, and hushpuppies were delicious!!! I'll be back!
I drove through and got a 3 piece fish combo and subbed the fries for coleslaw. The fish was SO hot and fresh that instead of eating 1 piece as I had planned, then drive home to eat the rest, I sat in the parking lot and ate all 3 pieces!! So delicious!! I just now ate the coleslaw, over 24 hours later. I would wait 20 minutes for a fresh batch again! It was THAT good!
It’s a good chance your order will get screwed up. I ordered a 2 piece and a 3 piece. Did not get the 3 piece, got 2 orders of the 2 piece. No tarter sauce… asked for regular tea, said NOT sweet tea, got sweet tea. Did not get tarter sauce, wasn’t even asked.Got no straws for our drinks.Tried to call but it says the number is not working anymore. Total garbage at the drive thru
Went to jones road store couple weeks ago. AWFUL service and food. They sent a voucher for 10 dollars ? purchase was clkse to 20. Service was outstanding. Cood was very good also. Love KFC. But when I got home hax wrong order.. To far from house to worry about. Very disappointed. Also app said 9.95 for 3 piece strip meal. Was 11.95. They had,glne up and hadnt changed pricing. Disappointing.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! First they gave me a Pepsi that was flat and half full, then I asked for my food to be fresh they said it just came up and to pull around to the front door. They gave me a tray full of food and grease. I had to use my napkins to pat the grease out. The fish and hush puppies were so greasy it made the fries mushy.NEVET AGAIN SMH
Didn't mind the wait but got home and which is a distant, order was wrong had macaroni not slaw and small order of fries for a family order. I wish there was one closer maybe in Huntsville Texas?? I really enjoy Long John's and have for years!!! Thank you
My hubby and I visit this LJS this evening with an online coupon of $5 off a family meal. Granted with Covid you would think they would ask you to have a printed coupon not understanding why they think folks would print a coupon versus showing it on their phone. Contactless is the key LJS!
