Fantastic food. Have cooked the dirty rice stuffed chicken and the bacon wrapped, Andouille, shrimp, and pepper jack stuffed pork loin. Both were amazing. Even my skeptical Cajun bride that scorns anything made west of the Sabine River approved. High praise indeed! Highly recommend their products. Well seasoned, and delicious!
I am beyond frustrated with these guys/gals. I placed an order online, got to the confirmation page, verified that my order was correct, then entered my payment information. I then received an email confirmation of my order, except the total amount was DOUBLED, and the amount of each item I ordered was DOUBLED. So I immediately called and left a voicemail (it was after their regular business hours). This morning I get a call back and was told that the order was shipped and that there was nothing they would do about it. She then told me that it had to have been user error on my part, it certainly was not. She was snappy and seemingly annoyed that that I was questioning her.I’ve been pretty homesick, and was really excited about having a legit place to order from. I’m very disappointed in this whole process, most specifically the customer “service” I received.This is the first negative review I have ever left a business, ever.
This is a small yet full butcher shop. They have even more than what is in the glass. They have multiple times trimmed my meat for me and not charge me for what they trimmed. They know their meat and even have samples out. Would recommend for all your meat needs.

I'm not Cajun but I was born a stone's throw from the Sabine River in south Texas. This place is fantastic! I look forward to going back and trying everything they have.
My wife and I went to this place because I got so tired of Krogers hard to eat meat. We bought several things and after eating their products, I could only say awesome. Better than any Cajun restaurant we have visited in the area. The meat is so tender you don't need a knife, good by Krogers, hello LA Boucherie.
The quality and variety they offer is amazing. The meat turns out amazing everytime. We love the brines they have. They are always really helpful.
