yesterday I did a quick run to get three items, one of which needed and age verification (wine). I scanned one item, then the wine and stood there for over 5 min while the assistant of the self check out continued her conversation with another employee, then goes off to do something else while I continue to wait. poor customer service, I left my items on the register and walked out. if Kroger is going to have us do our own checkout then make sure that the employees are checking their customers. went to heb wand was in and out in 5 min.
I just wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond. I had a curbside order today and it started off a bit rocky. Had to wait a bit longer than usual and my order was mixed up with another curbside order. Finally got that sorted and as I was leaving I mentioned to my delivery gal that I was a bit disappointed given I had ice cream and some frozen items that I hoped did not melt. Only 1 checkout lane open most of the time, usually have to bag own groceries and you have to find your own cart in the parking lot. Also if you try to approach management, they turn and walk away. Lots of food is expired or rotten there, choose wisely.
2nd time I have waited 30 plus minutes for my scheduled order. Then they tell me after waiting this long it hasn't been picked yet. Also the last time I picked up an order I got a 4 pack of can food that had been opened and had layers of mold on it.

The Manager Monica lady was very rude. We are from out of town and had difficulty finding items. She basically passed us off to some young kids that knew where nothing was.
What is wrong with the manager Monica..she is a heartless woman all around as a manager, employee and a human being..she should not be working there..smh..I will not be shopping at this location..as customer service is nonetheless at it's lowest..yall should open an investigation with employees and customers as well..
