Went to get cupcakes and cake for my sons birthday. The Baker handed me the cake and cupcakes they were fine. When I got out to the car half of the cupcakes were toppled over and the icing was sliding off the cupcakes.
Mask Nazis. Posted a security guard by the front door to enforce their mask policy. I have shopped here for 10 years, will not return until they rescind this nonsense.

Over 45 minute wait time in my time spot for curb side pick up. I left without the groceries because when I called they were still not ready. This is the second time this has happened. And they seem to only have organic produce which gets expensive when you need fruits and vegetables for a family of 6.

Ordered a cake from the bakery last Saturday. They didn’t have what I wanted but offered a reasonable and good choice for the decoration. One week later pick up cake for sons 5th birthday. I had asked for chocolate cake with whipped icing. Get it home, cut into it and it is white cake with buttercream icing. I’m furious. Tried calling Kroger and have waited on hold twice for a manager! Extremely disappointed. If they could not give me what I asked or paid for they should have called me. Also didn’t have my sons name on cake which was listed in instructions. Asked me when I picked up cake if I wanted them to write it on there. Just ridiculous!!! Will not buy another thing from there bakery!
This is the worst supermarket for checking out. Every single time they forget to put items in my bag. If I don't pay close attention and remind them then I don't find out until I get home that I am missing items. Just this Monday I got screwed out of over $12 worth of tuna. Ridiculous.
