Terrible. Practically inedible. This will be the first and last time I'll purchase anything from this company/location. My wife and I recieved an advertisement at our door and were excited to see that they had free delivery for purchases over $15, so we ordered a margarita and a cheese pizza for around $30. At first bite the margharita pizza tasted oddly sour and uncomfortably chewy and had absolutely zero sauce. Imagine reheating pizza in the microwave that had been sitting on the table for 2 days and pouring butter over it to make it seem fresh. The cheese pizza was burnt, greasy, bland and tasted old in the same way as the other. My 3 year old daughter loves pizza (as most kids do) and would not touch it after a single bite that was spit out. I called to plead my case, but was told that I could not have the pizza remade even though I offered to take the pizza back so they could look at it. The man on the phone was adamant that they had done nothing wrong and the best they could do was offer another pizza at half price. I wouldn't want another pizza from this place even if it were free and I hadn't eaten in 3 days. The guy on the phone even went as far as to insult me by saying that I'm not the type of customer he would want anyway... Very classy. I understand that people use complaints in attempts to get free food, but when you dont allow your customers to validate thier claim by showing you evidence, it's time to move on. I want to make it abundantly clear that I'm not looking for any reimbursement or free items from this company. This is just a warning to anyone considering going here. I can only image this is what prison food tastes like. It's so incredibly easy to make pizza that it's hard to fathom how it can go this wrong.
This pizza is like pizza hut met domino's from back in the day and had a legitimately awesome child named korner slice. Stylishly thick cheese and a great crispy crunchy yet chewy thin crust. Definitely one of my favorite places to go for a sentimental pizza enthusiast. Recommend highly at least once!
Pizza was excellent. Cashier/ staff was attentive and friendly. I’ve been wanting to try this place all week. In town visiting family and been too busy with errands to stop in. So I was finally able to order a 10” create your own option and picked it up on a Friday night within an hour of closing….I ordered pepperoni, mushroom, green bell peppers, and black olives as toppingsThis pizza was soo fresh and still hot after 15+ mins because I had to make a quick late night run to Walmart….As you can see most of the pizza didn’t make it home.fyi I had to save a slice for my gf… lol
I think these guys make really good pizza I like their buffalo wings that's all I've tried and their customer service is absolutely freaking awesome!!!
This pizza was fresh and absolutely delicious as well as everything else on the menu like the brownies which were great as well as the cookies which like everything else hot and fresh. The cookies were the best I've ever had and the best I ever will have.This place is amazing highly recommend also the service is amazing the delivery people are so nice, caring, and patient. I love this place and so does my whole family.
These guys are fantastic! and the pizza is amazing. I am a member of the lounge next door and we have been enjoying the pizza for the past 3 years. We really enjoy the friendly service.
The guy who took our order i think he might be the owner. He got a great positive energy. It takes a lot of effort to be that excited and happy all the time especially at the pizza shop where it can get very heated. This guy cares about his customers. He’s the kind of people that can brighten up your day. He truly deserves our business
I'm from Chicago and this is by far the best pizza I've had that's even close to pizza I eat back home. The guy was very polite . The crust and the toppings were on point . I didn't even use the sauce because the pizza itself was excellent. They understood the assignment
