I ordered spicy chicken sandwich, they just slapped piece of bun, tinder and jalapeño sause together with NO pickles or anything. Terrible.
I'd give you zero stars if I could. I ordered pickup of three items. 3 piece meal, popcorn nugget meal and a chocolate cake. All I got was the two meals. You forgot the cake. How hard is it to remember 3 God damned items?? You do this all the time. I live too far away to go back in rush hour traffic to complain in person. What is wrong with you people? The crispy chicken is horrible! Bought an eight piece and all the crust fell off and there wasn't any seasoning that I could taste. Very disappointed. Nothing like it used to be!
This location is a KFC/Long John Silver location. Staff was very friendly. I actually went there for chicken pot pie, but they didn't have them available. However, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Terrible service, ordered an hour ahead of time and had to wait 30 more minutes when I got there because they didn't have anymore chicken made.
Wrong order. Never received napkins while dining in. Everyone there should be fired. Zero professionalism.
Wow, just wow...... probably the only KFC worth going to in North Houston. Thank you Hassan and your staff. Even during the pandemic, they provide quality service.
Shorted us on our order and does not answer the phone. We tried for two days to call and get a refund and ended up contacting the corporate office. Why publish a phone number if you do not answer.
I really dont get how you miss putting food in people's box/bags but they shorted me food after paying over 10 bucks for the Beyond Meat Chicken meal. When I call to inform them (as I was at work by now) they refuse to answer the phone (4x) and took the phone off the hook so it would keep going to a busy signal. Just horrible customer service. I f I would've read the reviews first, I could've saved me some time and money. Never again. They can use COVID as an excuse but counting food and answering the phone has nothing to do with the pandemic. I would avoid this place and go to another KFC.
