I don’t know what this location is doing with the chicken but it was horrible they gave me chicken that look like someone had took bites of my chicken and I had to go back twice because they had messed up my order and didn’t even give me half of my order worst service ever
Solo break and I got the 2 piece battered fish, 6 shrimp, fries, hush puppies & fountain drink. Served piping hot and tasted very good. Manager came over when I was about finished to ask if everything was ok. You don’t see that often in a fast food place. Better overall than the last time I was here.

The Crispy Colonel is basically a crispy chicken sandwich which you can choose Nashville Hot and two other flavors I kinda forgot. It's very basic and for the price, it's ok I guess: I've had better though. The 3star rating? My service was good but I had to witness one of the guys lying to another customer about "only accepting cash" in spite of the fact I paid with a card.
Don't go here, awful service, workers don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. Also the tables had not been wiped down as we found bits of food just lying on multiple tables. Also someone had left a finished meal tray. The workers just left it there. It was still there when we left. Will not go back to this place again.
My food was hot, and fresh. Only complaint was their soft drink machine was down.
I ordered 5 piece chicken tenders and after I paid they said "we only have 3 is that okay? We are closing." it was 9:15 and they close at 10. They didn't offer a solution and started taking the next persons order. Unprofessional and poor service.
The food was good but the service was so bad they took to long to give ur food and they got mine and my daughters and everyone there there ordered wrong they wouldn't give ur change back from my wrong order they ask for u to get extra food instead of ur money omg never ever will i go back!! ??
I had the L1 it was good to me, wish they would bring a long John silvers back in the Klein area
