Update your hours and I'll update my review.Edit: I was reached out to and had the hours scenario explained to me. My initial review was made due to being hungry and angry. Jimmy John's has the best bread, and some of the freshest veggies of the major sandwich shops. They have been a favorite of mine for a long time. I will say, however, that with their prices as high as they are, they should try hiring people at a higher rate of pay, both incentivising higher with quality and removing the need for temporary hour changes.
I’m very disappointed in this unwich! I’ve spent $9.90 for a sandwich that have one piece of meat each and a slice of cheese. When I called the location all they offered was a credit under my phone number which is unacceptable because I have no intentions on visiting this location every again. The manager, Mark, wasn’t any help. Things this today is too expensive to be coming back and forth when it should’ve been made correctly the first time. I want my money back!!
Good food, mediocre service. They just stared at us while we were deciding what to order. Dude, introduce yourself before ogling the goods.
Service was excellent. Food was prepared in uner 10 minutes.
Waited an hr called back they said they supposedly called twice , me and the staff never received any calls, hope they receive the same service when they are expecting something, ESPECIALLY LUNCH
Super nice team they had issues with the payment system and offered the sandwich for free - I wanted to pay had 50$ only accepted 20 bills but the manager said that she would accept it ! Thank you all it was a good sandwich will be back soon :-)
Sandwichesare good. The cashier didn't look to enjoy her job. Looks like they don't know how to engage with the customers and give them a good experience other than their food. Positive attitude goes along way. It also helps pass the time!
Awesome food!! Young lady behind the counter was extremely rude though because we came in at close to closing time and she made it very clear to us that she was not happy about that.
Food is great! Their Apple Pay is down. My fault for forgetting my card, but asked if they can take a manual entry or if I can order it online or any other option. They quickly said nope. Very bad customer service, seemed to busy to want to help. I’ll go to the other one next time. Again food was great just bad customer service.
I have never had a good experience with this location. Everytime we place an order for the office it is always screwed up. Went into the location today and the kid behind the counter told us that he wouldn't take a $50 bill. That's all that we had, so we left. It's not the fact that they won't accept legal tender, it's the way the little punk delivered the message.We will no longer give this location business.
