Ordered online about five minutes before I got there in hopes to speed things up. I arrived and told them I was waiting for my order and then had to wait 20 minutes as they served the entire lunch rush before getting to my order. The sandwiches were fine but I would not order online as you pay almost 25% more just to be put at the back of the queue for an average sandwich.
The sandwiches were excellent! They always are! The gentleman who prepared my sandwiches was very pleasant to talk with, very informative about other sandwiches as I inquired about them. Overall very pleasant experience!
Great food but one man I belive is the manager does a great job everyone else don't work as a team
They curbside service is terrible, waited more than 10 mins and my order was just sitting on the counter, had to call the store so someone could bring it out. Would not recommend they curbside services.

Confused why it takes over 30 minutes to make a regular sub sandwich. Ordered curbside carry out using the app. Order was supposed to be ready 12:28pm. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to go in the store to learn they haven’t even started working on my order. Rep said it’d be ready in 5 minutes, which it was not. Went back to my car since nobody in the store believes in wearing masks and COVID is very real. Returned in store and waited 15 minutes to be told my order had been ready and asked would I like them to remake it. At that point I only wanted my money back. Too bad I allowed them to waste my time and left empty handed. Why have an app if you disregard making those orders. I guess they only service walk-ins. I liked Jersey Mikes. Just moved here, but I doubt I’ll ever be back.
This has become one of my favorite sandwich places. Everything tastes very fresh. I highly recommend Jersey Shore's Favorite sub. It has provolone, ham and cappacuolo. Delicious!
I’ve been coming to this location for going on 5 years now and the staff is always friendly even when they’re super swamped with online and in person orders. The food is always great and I have personally never had them get my order wrong. Keep up the good work!

With 6 employees on hand at the time I was there, place was empty then busy, making online orders. All tables were filthy, I an witnessed other customers cleaning tables to sit an eat their lunch. If this is jersey mikes way no thank you, never again.
