The manager was very rude and it took 20 minutes to get our food. There were only 7 other customers in the place. I spoke to a manager, can't remember her name but she was African American (in case you need to cmoplain, find a different manager cuz she won't do anything for you), and all she had to say was that she can cancel my order. Never got an apology.

Rude and slow service. It took 29 minutes to get our food. Me and another customer had went to speak with the manager about the time it is taking to get our food. After informing her that it's been 29 minutes, her response was "ok, you want me to cancel it and you can go somewhere else". (I think that's a rude and unhelpful response) Then I said "no, I'm already time invested and I'm hungry, but it takes less time to get my food at Olive Garden". She said, "you're right, it does". She never offered a solution to the problem nor did she apologize. 2 other customers behind me had the same complaint.I had the "salmon-wich". It was gross, slimy and was so hot from the microwave I couldn't even eat it right away. During the 29 minute wait I watched the kitchen, I had no idea just how much they microwave so much of their food. I always thought deli's were about fresh food, but apparently not here. This is the first time in my over 500 reviews I have ever given a 1 star rating. I always try to find something good to say and always rate at least a 3.... Until today.

This is the second time I have gone to Jason's at the Grand Parkway and both the drive thru and the salad bar have been closed. I could let that roll off of my back, but what I cannot let pass the way the manager at the cash register was treating an elderly couple in line trying to order. She was so rude and condescending to them that I felt like leaving. The gentleman ordered the salad bar and she told him with zero concern that the salad bar was closed. I was watching the exchange closely and I believe she saw and then offered the weak excuse that a staff member had called in and she'd closed the salad bar down. I felt very bad for the couple and angry at the impudent manager. That location has had extremely poor management since it opened. I would not recommend this location to a friend, but I hope I can find a different location nearby to see if these problems are company wide or isolated to the Grand Pky location.

I'm very upset with the company not this restaurant, they dropped the French onion soup in the middle of my wife's third trimester several years back.....So we hear they brought it back, my wife was super excited. We show up and it's not on the menu, but there's a sign saying "welcome back french onion soup". When we get up to order the cashier informs us they dropped it again.100% done with Jason's Deli.

Over and over the salad bar is closed without any type of notice. I was told the cause was due to lack of staff. Not sure I understand what that has to do with a self-serve salad bar. But good grief, put a note on the door to let customers know. Standing in line for 20 minutes (having my daughter check that there is food out on the salad bar) then being told it’s closed is ridiculous. What a complete let down from my favorite deli. Guess it’s time to find a new favorite place. Rude guy/possibly manager at the register doesn’t help the case either.

Maybe it's sign of the times... The cashier on this not busy evening was very intent on completing my order. There was only one phrase uttered to me 4 times. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. "Is that everything"? Change that to Chicken Panini. "2"? Broccoli soup. "3"? A drink "4"? That's it. Pointed at card reader for me to select a tip and or receipt. Made my selections, filled my drink and sat down at a table. Was brought my dinner in a to-go bag. Wasn't asked about that option. $18.00 and change. Just saying.

Jason's has typically been all about the customer. This is NOT true at this location. Although minor in the grand scheme i was shocked when I asked for a container to add a few muffins off the salad bar to my take out order. Every other Jason's has gladly handed me a bag or small box. This Jason's was insistent I had to add a salad bar order.I know this is a small issue but that set the tone that this particular Jason's is not focused on the customer. Muffins are nothing and if we had been eating in store I'm sure we could have walked over and added 1 or 2 to our plate.Small things that make a big difference. I'll just visit a different Jason's in the future.Overall the food was fine as usual.

I love Jasons Deli but this location refuses to open the salad bar because Covid even though all the other Jasons Deli in the area are wide open. Why close the salad bar at this one location? Common sense does not exist with this locations management.

This location is probably the worst, lobby is ALWAYS closed, wait time is ridiculous just for two sandwiches, came in an hour before closing just to find out drive through wasnt available and lobby was open like what? Employee and manager don’t even look like they wanna be here, usually all smiles and great service but just not this location. We only tolerate it because it’s the closest to us.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Nicky Pete, you should highly evaluate your staff’s efficiency and accuracy with being able to properly distribute food orders. The employee, Chris, did a terrible job demonstrating a satisfactory experience for a returning customer who will never be coming back to this establishment. It was a complete waste of time and money coming here. I would list out everything wrong with the most recent and final visit to this location but there aren’t enough allotted characters or time in the world that would allow such a thing. Garbage customer service, anybody reading this should find somewhere else to give your business to.
