Nice greeting. Nice cashier. Not his fault. Wasn’t trained on basic things. I showed I was downloading app and said I was doing it for 50% off promo. We ordered. I showed him the reward bar code and he forgot to scan it. Didn’t give me 50% off my one drink for downloading app. I asked for the cashier to please void the transaction and re ring the order correctly. The manager, Barbara, said I would have to get the rewards and discount on the next visit. She said you cannot void transactions. She said it messes up the whole system. REALLY?! I’ve worked in restaurants for 15 years and never have I ever been somewhere or worked somewhere that you cannot void or return money electronically. How would you do a return on a wrong order.I said, so I don’t get my 50% off or my rewards for the new app I downloaded. Her, you can enter the bar code on the app. Try-error code. She said you can get it on the next visit. Really?? My next visit. Nah. Don’t think so. Not for a while anyway.

Was there for 30 min before I can even get 2 smoothies literally counted the cars that went by the drive Thru before I could even get my stuff 10 cars literally 10

Young lady with the beautiful purple hair was nice and held down both the drive thru and dine in orders by herself!!! I was impressed how fast she moved and how kind she is.

Delicious, creamy flavors! I got the orange cream smoothie... it was heaven!

I love Jamba Juice but this Jamba Juice too frequently doesn't have juice to sell me. I want to buy juice at Jamba Juice but I can't. I've tried on three different occasions.When I called today to ask why I can't buy juice at Jamba Juice I was told the juice machine has been broken and when the juice machine IS working it is cleaned every four hours. That's great!! I like my juice to be clean and good for me but apparently each time the juice machine is cleaned it can't make deliciously juicy juice for an least an hour. I guess they REALLY clean it well!Maybe I just have bad luck and only stop by there while the juice machine is being cleaned or maybe management can plan better? Maybe have two machines and only clean one at a time? What do I know? I don't work at or own a Jamba Juice. I just like to drink it but sadly I can't.And...staff could be more friendly.And...they don't like to answer the phone.Kinda professional?...yes.Enough to earn my repeat business?...noEdit** If you're thinking of spending $ here, you may like to scroll through the Google reviews. Pay close attention to the names and the spelling of those names. Too bad for me. I will just have to drive further to get juice. I'm sad.

Juicer broken. Can’t get juice. Got a coffee instead. Sick. Overly sweet. And yet bitter. If it tastes like Starbucks or even close to Dunkin’ I would like it. Waste of money , fix the juicer. Told them I would prefer to get another drink. Didn’t apologize or offer to have me not pay for the second one, also the second was isn’t even full sigh.

Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru, It took awhile and when we got our drinks we noticed we didnt have straws. So we parked and I went inside. A girl came to the register, completely ignored me and was just walking around. I waited patiently because hey I get It, It can get busy sometimes. But I was the only person inside besides one guy behind me. She kept just ignoring me for a good 5 minutes before she walked away. She finally came back to the register so I thought she was gonna ask what I needed and nope. She ignored me again I finally reached across the counter and grabbed my own straws!! I said “it’s fine I’ll grab my own straws.” At least acknowledge me, say you’re busy or whatever but she was just rude!!!Not to mention drinks ended up being disgusting.
