To be upfront, I live in the neighborhood near this restaurant yet I don't go here except one in a blue moon. With that said, I've gone here for over ten years so I've had long time to experience this place. In all that time, I can't think of a single time I've had any issue or bad time. Even the one time where my order got messed up, they were very apologetic and fixed it fast.Now, this is a popular spot, probably because the food is good and the service is fast , so there might be a small wait. But if you are wanting to go to a place where there is never anyone in line, then that place is probably not very good as no one wants to go there. The staff has never given me an reason to get upset or complain when I've gone, so be considerate of them when they are busy.
Food was cold old one taco had a bite out of it and the mini tacos had two that looked like they took a bite and threw it in down in the box. I was so mad we were down to the last ones in the box when we realized it was bitten we had 8 regular tacos and my husband grabbed it said why is it like that I looked it was bitten. I wanted to just gag to think we spent 42.00 dollars and are to see all those tacos look like they were eating and put back in for us to eat!!! Never again!
I ordered a chicken fajita pita and got an ultimate cheeseburger. When you're trying to eat healthy and the fast food place doesn't help.
My favorite Jack in box place than all other Jack in box! They kept same cookers and they did foods just right! Their lettuces always tastes so good! Love this place!
Horrible customer service. They talk to you with an attitude. I will never come back here. They don’t deserve any stars. If you don’t have customer service you shouldn’t work in fast food. The absolute worst.
How I supposed to eat this chicken tenders with out ranch the employe was there he refused me to give me more ranch even I want to purchase more ranch and the curly fries are nasty to old fries

Ok, legit...probably had the Freshest tomatoe and lettuce, I've Ever had from a fast food place....I felt like I was at a full dine in restaurant...it tasted like my whole burger was Just made. Super fresh. And of course, the curly fries never disappoint
Food was good but restaurant smelled like sewer backup and drink machine was overflowing water to the floor.
It was a nice place food was fresh but there was a little bit of a wait but other than that it was really nice
