My friend applied for a job here, his interviewers name was Juan. He was generally a very nice guy, he asked my friend how often he could work, and my friend gave the specific times. Juan also asked for my friends number say that he would “call him back.” It’s been a month now, My friend has called Jack In The Box multiple times, he even called Juan, yet there was no response, please tell me why that is?
I go there every Wednesday and everytime it just lights me up. The food is amazing and please dont change anything on the menu besides maybe adding a few more things to keep classy
COUNT YOUR MF DAYS JACK N THE BOX
No one man's the drive thru late night.. cars parked out front but no one is home.... when they are they'll try to steal from you
Love the food, and hate the fact that they discontinued their Peppercorn Chicken Sandwich! I only eat their once in a great while. They have gotten WAY WAY too expensive for what you get! And I have completely quit ordering from them through Doordash! they have ALWAYS forgotten a major item (like a whole meal or soft drink).
Out of all the nights I have been to this location, tonight I was there and ordered 2 number 27 (Extreme Sausage) get home and took a couple bites out of one and was extremely cold sausage was cold, egg was warm not hot and bread was not good at all. Couldn't even eat the other one, so pretty much I just ate the egg and cheese that costed me 10$
I stopped by this morning for two tacos . I paid with a $20.00 dollar bill . Once I got to the window a white guy was there to take my money . He acted weird. He stated he didn’t remember my order after confirming with me at the window . My change was $19.00 and some change. He stated your change is the amount that it should have been but gave me $ 9.00 . I always count my money before driving off . I told him I was short he then grabbed the $10.00 of the top of his machine like he was unaware. Plus my tacos were cold I had to wait 4 minutes for fresh ones that were still trashy . Please teach these people better customer service.
It's good as far as JITB goes..
I don't normally have problems when I go to Jack In The Box, but tonight I did.I went through the drive-thru and ordered two of the new cheddar bacon loaded double cheeseburgers, which I could have sworn I had seen they were advertising them for $5.99 for the combos but I guess I was mistaken because when I was reading the screen to verifyThat my order was correct they had rung up as $7.29 each for just the sandwich no combos. So since I only have $10 to spend I removed one of the double cheeseburgerAnd replaced it with a junior Jumbo Jack. When I got home My boyfriend who Has ordered the cheddar bacon loaded double cheeseburger before and knows that it comes on a bun that has cheddar cheese in it, hence the name cheddar loaded Double cheeseburger, (Also you can see on the picture on the menu the little spots of cheddar cheese all over the bun), noticed tonight that His double cheeseburger was not on the correct bun. being that i have worked in the food/service industry for 10 plus years, i expect every company, especially franchise or chain restaurants to prioritize the consistentcy of the quality of their products because that is how you have repeat customers. I am pretty disappointed with the lack of quality control tonight. i even tried to call up to the restaurant after i got home and realized the problem, but noone answered and it seemed like maybe it was a fax number. so hopefully the phone number on Google gets updated and hopefully in the future, they pay closer attention to the consistency of the quality of their products, or at the very least, inform their customers of the fact that they might be out of specific products or ingredients from time to time. communication is very important and most people will be very understanding but only if you communicate to them what's going on. when you leave your customers in the dark they tend to think that either the employees are lazy, or not trained very well or that they just don't care about their jobs at all. either way, keeping the customers happy should be the highest priority because without customers, and especially without repeat customers, your business will fail. your customers are the reason your business is still able to stay open.
Yummy tacos and the new chicken sandwich is big and delicious chicken.
