It was late on a Tuesday night ans we decided to stop on our way home. The gentleman taking our order in the drive through was very welcoming, patient, and accurate. The line moved very quickly. He reviewed our order and had our drinks to us very quickly. Our food was handed to us within a couple of minutes and I remember commenting on how quick we received our order as we were leaving. Overall a very good experience but since we were shorted one order of fries on our order, I could only give 4 stars.
Think it's a bit of false advertising to say you are open 24 hours when yeah you got 2 employees that say they only do uber eats at night due to being short staffed. Like how much buisness is uber eats at night? Like I'm the only customer you might of had. Like why they paying people to baby sit the store. Just close it up and let those people have a good night sleep. Must be nice to be a wealthy restaurant owner, but I won't be going to your store any more.
I used too have a lot of problem for here but I tell you what that guy connor really works hard and customer service is great he’s there a lot and I feel like runs that place by himself shoutout too him
They didn't give me my curly fries or coca cola. They are too busy at that location, they need to add another location so they can handle the business. Make sure to check everything when go through the drive through before going home.
This Jack in the box is horrible. Go 3 miles down rayford rd and support the other one.Despite being allegedly open 24 hours, they most definitely are not. Twice I’ve been there after 10pm and was told by them “not severing customers other than app delivery services.” Give it one more chance. Stop by Tonight on my way home at 8:50pm.Same story again, “Closing down or drive through and dine in orders.”I love Jack in the box, but forget this location. Go to another one.
Not once have I ever gotten an order whether it was through the drive-thru or delivered to me or as a delivery driver that something wasn't wrong and the manager hates people which is understandable but it doesn't make it acceptable to deliver such poor service maybe people would be better if he was.
To whoever was working the drive thru tonight around 2:30AM, I’m so so so sorry if we seemed rude, my wife got a really bad nose bleed right when you took our payment but we couldn’t switch places yet. I’m really sorry. Y’all were great 10/10 recommend!!!!!
terrible service. drive thru cashier was so rude and off putting to the point where i don’t feel comfortable coming back to this jack in the box.
How do you get chicken nuggets confused with stuffed jalapeño poppers.Then give me someone else's chicken nuggets that tasted like they had set under the heat lamp for hours. Instead of making a freash order for the order you screwed up in the first place.
Terrible service. Second time in a row I came here and they messed up my order. I’m a vegetarian. I asked for a croissant with no sausage. Just egg and cheese. They even got it right on the screen!! But they handed me a sausage and cheese croissant! Then, when I came back to get my money back the jerk at the window was rude as hell and also told me he could only refund the sandwich, not the whole combo. I won’t be back to this location. I can’t believe these people think they deserve 17.00 an hour! That’s asinine. ??♀️
