Tried the new popcorn chicken. For $4.79, I would never try it again. For my main entree, it was dry, hard and very few in the box. Definitely not "juicy" like advertised. My husband's Jumbo Jack with cheese had no cheese or onions in it. Finally, the large curly fries look like regular orders. We had to drive a distance to the location because the one that used to be just outside our neighborhood closed. We would probably not make the effort to return to this location again. Sad because we used to love Jack in the Box.
AMAZING AMAZING!!! Service best Jack in the Box in Spring TX. The food is phenomenal ignore the bad reviews. This Jack in the Box is phenomenal. I absolutely Love it!!!!!
The WORST EXPERIENCE ever at any jack in the box! While we were ordering our food the person taking the order was so rude and even started laughing at us through the drive thru speaker because they were out of something we ordered once we pulled up to the window we realized after receiving our food not everything was there that we ordered so asked for the rest of our order and between the ppl in the back cooking and the register person our food was thrown to the register landed on the floor and she then began to pick it up while everyone was laughing and hand it to us like it was just normal behavior to do that ... So yeah ewww I'm good not somewhere we feel comfortable ordering from againBut hey you guys do you if you're cool with that!
Tried to go here last night and were told they were closed when it wasn't closing time. Probably best to not eat food from a lazy staff who refuse to work anyway.

Even with my weird order for the kids, they were pleasant and helpful. It was busy so it was a bit slow but I think everyone had special orders. Food was hot, fast, and correct. These guys were working hard. They need a raise!!
The food was actually fresh and they stuffed my fries! THEY STUFFED MY FRIES PEOPLE ??. AND asked if I wanted ketchup
Went through the drive up. Did not have a good experience. Could not hear the person taking our order. They gave me diet Coke instead of regular, and when I told them they said, "Well we are out of regular Coke." ?? Not sure why they didn't ask before making a substitution. Also our food did not taste very good-below par on what we typically get at Jack In The Box. Won't revisit this location.
Been to this location a few times. And I gave it a 1 star rating. Why? Well for starters the food is never hardly hot most of the time it's cold and old. Last time I went to this location to give it another chance I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo I was receiving my order at the drive thru once I left I parked to eat my food inside my vehicle, well the chicken patty was stale and cold! That 1 bite I took out of the sandwich I spit it out! And the curly fries was cold and old as well! Only thing that was good was my drink the Sprite lol I returned to get my refund and oh almost forgot I received no receipt!! Isn't that against restaurant protocol? To not give receipts? So I returned to try to get my refund and the employee working there said the manager is not here and you must come back tomorrow. I'm like ok. So I went back again at 1pm the next day on my break to get my refund and again no manager available!!?? Why isn't a manger ever on duty? What the manger does?opens up and just leaves and that's it? Heck give me that job! Getting paid and don't have to be at the restaurant at all? Lol this place needs a new owner or maybe needs new a new manager that actually wants to help with customer service! I gave up I don't have time to keep going back to get a refund. I am 100 percent done with this Jack in the box.
