This is the last time I order from this location. I didn't receive the ranch I requested for my 7 pc stuffed jalapenos. When I bit into one I couldn't believe how cold it was. I stopped ordering my fave, the tacos because they were never fresh, always hard. Guess I'm going to have to go Whataburger from now on. At least there they don't cook it till you order it.
Very good staff at this location. I order the egg & sausage croissant breakfast sandwich and it was served very fresh.I will definitely return to this location in the near future. ? ? ? ☕
Place was clean. I unfortunately snuck in and had two tacos. The manager ask me if I ordered two fajita tacos. I was like, yea. I'll pay for the upgrade.. lol I don't usually eat from fast food, but the meal was fine. Just unhealthy if an otherwise good diet I typically have.
Every time I come here they never put the extra lettuce on my tacos! And then when I ask for secret sauce I get lied to by the same employee that says their is none…. But I came by earlier and got some??♀️
Food was decent and price was fine but the wait was long. Probably will go again
One of the cleaner Jack in the Box franchise visited in Houston. To that end, I became aware of the status because my drive thru experience became a horrid encounter with a defensive & arrogant employee, later boasting to be the manager. My fries were luke warm and soggy, I requested a fresh batch. The drive thru employee called for Ms. U (the mgr) who immediately began to banter & lightly insult my ability to know the difference then invited me into her kitchen for myself. She then asked WHAT DO YOU WANT, I in turned asked for fresh fries for both of the combos. She rudely instructed me to PARK IN FRONT & WAIT. After waiting & upon second thought, I decided to not trust the next batch and proceeded to park so that I may twist a full refund. The manager approached my car then holds the bag up to my window (I assumed that meant my here are your fries). I begin to point out the difference in appearance of the new FRESH fries and the bag that I was previously given. She raised her voice in defense to which I requested a refund. As I entered into the store, she began to making sly remarks so I commenced to recording for my protection. Another employee noticed me camera then advised the staff. The manager emerged more irritated and state that she's going to take photos my license plates & take photos of me (which she did). All the while, I was locked in their store with no defense or witnesses. Once she realized that I was recording, she toned down then told me to have a nice day.All of THIS for extra greasy fries? Never have I experienced this type of aggressive behavior from a restaurant.
Absolutely amazing service from the guy at the window and the guy that gave me my food. Fresh and hot and their service was very welcoming. Had a Chick FIL a feel lol
I wish I could say that this location off Louetts and stuebner airline has improved since its facelift years back, but it has not. Let me elaborate: While at the drive-through line, you can be dripped on some drainage goo that is draining from the roof gutters. Said drainage smells like sewage water and I’ve had it drip on my car before. Not the best smell to have around food.We got our order, and after getting home we noticed that there was a wet piece of tissue paper (who knows from where?) on the lid of my drink. To top that off, I ordered a regular Coca-Cola, and there was some strange flavor to it almost like an orange soda flavor mixed with the Coke. Perhaps the soda fountain has not been cleaned to health safety standards? Needless to say that drink went down the drain, I wasn’t gonna take any more chances.P.s. the fries were good. That’s the reason they got 2/5 and not 1/5 on this visit.
Good service. Good food. Always over cooks hash browns and fries. Otherwise would be 5 stars
This place is extremely hit or miss at night/mornings.If there's a specific cashier working the night shift, you'll have a pleasant experience.If anyone else is working, the system always seems to be down and I've driven here for nothing.
