Hands down, best poke with the best customer service in the greater Spring/Woodlands area. We have had a few spots open over the years and they're not so bad either, but I'd say Island Fin is the only one I've seen with both quality food and a desire to go out of their way on customer service and becoming a part of the community. App ordering and take-out is a breeze, and their catering was exactly what I needed for a laid-back Friday night hangout with friends this weekend. Kudos to Matt and the team, they've built a gem of a place just south of The Woodlands that is *well worth* the chaos of construction on Gosling at the moment. ;)

Was in need of fresh,healthy,filling food & creating that bowl (salmon,spicy tuna,tofu, shrimp, octopus..3 proteins to get for anl bowl & lots of other add-ins!)was what hit the spot! The original soda drinks on tap.. hibiscus citrus...lemon berry acai...were great!
Stopped here for The Woodlands Taste of the Town. Ticket gives you a poke bowl served on a bed of white rice with your choice of protein (Ahi Tuna, Spicy Tuna, Chicken or Ceviche-style Shrimp), corn, edamame, pineapple-mango salsa, cucumber, tempura crisps and a finishing sauce of your choice. Served with a Dole Whip for dessert.Tuna is very fresh, clean, and cut into perfectly sized pieces.My kids loved it! So that speaks volumes :)All ingredients were very fresh. Everything tasted wonderful and clean. I already can't wait to go back!!Also had the orange and pineapple Dole whip. Pineapple is the best! Again, fresh and clean. Paired great with the fresh poké bowl!Owner and staff were very friendly. We will be back! Very happy they participated in Taste of the Town!
This was our first time to experience Isalnd Fin. If you like Poke', this place is a must. The food was as good as any that I have eaten in Hawaii. I had the ahi tuna and my wife had chicken. The portions are generous, the sauces are awesome. Can't wait to go back!!
Thanks to taste of the town I found an amazing and delicious poke place to eat! After trying it out I went back today and was greeted in a welcoming manner. Dillan was very professional. He was very efficient with his time as I ordered my poke bowl trying to remember what I had for the taste of the town sample. I ordered the chicken with rice, furikake, spicy mayo, cucumber, their OG sauce, corn, some crispy topping, and edamame. It was delicious! I highly recommend you try this place!!
This was my first time ever having a poke bowl, and I was really impressed! They had plenty of options to cater to all diets, so my vegetarian friends (and friends who prefer chicken over raw fish) could eat here too. The employees were very friendly and answered any questions we had :)
