We were party of seven. All of us thought that this branch of IHOP is not worth going back to.1. The floor was sticky, obviously not mopped.2. They took us to a dirty table. We had to request for clean table.3. I ordered T-bone with eggs. The dish is supposed to have 3 eggs, I got 2. I told the waiter whose response was, "oh ok". He left never came back with another egg.4. Waiter did not provide Steak knife either.5. We were sitting close to an exit door. One of the employees who was parked close to that door decided to go to her car. Left the door open with 102 degrees outside with hot air and flies coming in for good 5-7inutes. Basically she was too lazy to go around from the front to go to her car and did not care to inconvenience the customers.6. Very unprofessional, never going back there again.
Good food, fast delivery, terrible service.Since we got here, the place was pretty empty, and there was not a single host at the entrance to sit you down. When the waiter finally saw me, they took a while to get the menus. We decided the order right away. The food came at good pace and was almost perfect, one piece of chicken was not fully cooked. This is the second IHOP I find to be very lacking in service or interest. I doubt I'll continue coming to this franchise, honestly there are a lot of great places better than this; they will be cheaper, better cooked and well served (waiters and managers included).Very bad experiences at IHOP, used to be a favorite of mine.
While our server, Stephanie, was very nice and attentive, the overall experience was disappointing. The food is the same great food but the table was sticky (you could see wipe marks, like it was cleaned with a dirty rag), bathroom was gross (long hair in sink, dirt and hair throughout in every corner, horrible smell) and the cherry on top was the sticky floor throughout the restaurant. I felt dirty by the time this was all over. We will never come here again.
All is good. Great eggs. If you like ihop you will like this location. The waitress was GREAT!!!!
Nice restaurant, clean, wait staff friendly. Food came out HOT tasted great, but chicken tenders were just a little tougher than I'm used to. No one up front most of the time, short staffed I guess. It wouldn't have been hard to get out without paying.
I live near this place and have been many times over the last 5 years because my daughter wants pancakes. This place overall is terrible, period. I went today and service was horrible. 45 Minutes to get food. Asked for coffee and water several times before we got it. Bottom line is 8 out of 10 times things will be bad. Either the service or the food or both. If things are not bad they are just OK at best. Plus they have raised prices. Everything is now around 11 dollars! I find it odd that most of the great reviews are from Local Guides? I don't think I will trust those guys anymore. So if you want to spend 30 to 40 dollars on breakfast to find out be my guest.
When we went (around 11:30 pm) we were surprised that we couldn't order off of the senior menu... 1 of the perks of getting old! Only 1 waitress was handling the whole restaurant and she did an AMAZING job! The kitchen was very good and our food was out in no time at all.
My office orders from this Ihop at least once a month and there is always a issue. Today I placed a order and upon receiving the delivery there was multiple items missing that were paid for. I attempted to call and was on hold for 45 minutes and ended up receiving the voicemail. My coworker went and spoke to a manager to get the order. The customer service is trash and being that I pay for service and warm food there shouldn't be a issue every time I order. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend this location at all
We went on a Saturday morning, and they were very busy. I could tell they were short staffed on servers, the lobby was packed, but the dining room was a ghost town. I work in a restaurant and know that's kinda normal right now, but not a single person apologized for the delay, or our food coming out cold. It's amazing how fast an apology can go.
We were traveling and had stayed at an short term rental house and our daughters wanted pancakes for breakfast. We stopped in at IHOP because we knew that gluten free pancakes were on the menu. Our daughter is gluten intolerant so this worked out great. The food was good and we enjoyed it, but wow was I surprised when it was $50 for the 4 of us! I couldn’t believe it!
