Came in for Lunch on Saturday. They aren't busy. Had to wait to be seated but reasonable amount of time. Got seated looking through menu waiting on waiter. Waiting long time. Finally, Ernesto came over and took drink order. They don't Hop at this place move more like sloths. Find better manager and workers or close doors. 2 hours for pancake for lunch is beyond belief.
Hadn't ever had a Serrano chili before, and it caught me by surprise. I hadn't really read the description but liked the idea of the chicken fajita omlette. I ate the Serrano first while expecting it as a jalapeño (which I handle fine), and had the shock of my life. I want to try it again, because knowing what I'm getting into would be a little different. The service was as good as they could, they're needing more employees and there was only one cook on hand. The server was stretched trying to wait the entire store, she was great at finding a balance between it all.
Every time I go into that location or order online, I wait way too long. And the excuse is always that they are understaffed. Then don't accept my online order. Or put the correct approximate times. The amount you get to go when you order online is way smaller than what you would get if you dined in. After having to go inside and retrieve my food when I got curbside pickup, every single table had food all over it and had not been cleaned. When asked if it's normal to wait over 30 minutes for your curbside pickup pass the time that was given the young girls excuse was we are just understaffed when I saw multiple waiters and waitresses
Breakfast: I waited 15 minutes in the front just to be seated. Once I was seated it took 30 minutes to take my order which I stated it’s brunch time now. I ordered sausage for my grandson and myself which we did not received and waitress kept forgetting to bring out. Omelette took forever. But there was no delay in getting the ticket to pay. However had to wait to receive change asking if I needed the coin change. However I did leave 20% tip. I would not recommend this location
This was the worst service. The waiter was nice. Ask for eggs over easy the did not know how to make them ordered toast it was cold no butter no jelly.had hash browns they were almost burned. My son asked for hot syrup they came with a little a small amount and it was cold she said it got cold on the way to the table. I guess she had a long walk ?to our table. The food was horrible. No more for me. ??????
Very disappointed in this location. Had to ask for a water 3 times before she brought one, then waited an hour when a supervisor came to our table asking if we received our food which we did not she sprinted to the kitchen because they forgot to even put in our order. Then my food came out wrong I will not be back to this location. Garbage establishment! Horrible service . Asked to speak with manager and couldn’t even get that to happen.
If I could give a zero I would. We waited to be seated for 5-10 minutes as 2 or 3 waitresses walked around, there was only a few people eating inside the place looked almost empty around 1 pm on Thursday afternoon. Me, my wife and 2 little girls waited as I made eye contact a few times with the staff and nothing was said not even give me a minute and someone will be with you ?. I definitely don't need to go back ??
Place was literally empty the server( Auzj M) took more than 20 min to even come to our table she was talking with another server that ended her shift , she totally ignored us for the longest time, other customers came like 30 min later and she left to the restroom the cook Had to sat them, omg!! The cups were dirty !! it’s dirty and a really bad customers service!! Never coming back!!!worse ihop ever!
Very friendly server! Had a big late lunch with my family at this location and the food was great. The place was dirty though and we were the only customers dined in that time. Hopefully, the staff will find time to clean up , mop the floor, if it's not busy. Don't hide at the back please! Pandemic or not, they should maintain a clean and very welcoming atmosphere.
Our server Janie was awesome! She has a great personality, and manner. We enjoyed her very much. Our breakfasts were great, food hot. Coffee fresh. Our cups barely got down to half before she was there to fill them back up! The restaurant was clean, and l will go back!
