1st there prices has majorly gone up with new management and there vegetable fried rice is really oily. All I taste is oil than flavor of rice and vegetables. The next thing is there fortune cookies had no fortunes. What ever brand they got cheep. I always look forward to my fortune. I use to come here all the time, when I took my dog to RAW. now I will have to find a new place. I might try the Mexican place next door
I had such a long day of clinicals and I was starving!! Ordered Hot Wok off Rayford for the first time and I’m blown away!! It was absolutely delicious!! The kindest young lady brought my food out to my car even though it was freezing and beyond windy! This is my new neighborhood Chinese food place. Thank you Hot Wok for a perfect end to a long day!!

Hot Wok is great! The food is always hot and fresh. I have never had a bad experience at Hot Wok since I’ve moved to Spring. I’ve tried a few Asian/Chinese cuisines in the area, but Hot Wok is my favorite, which is why I always go back. The customer service is great. The young man and the lady that works at the front are very nice with great energy. Hot Wok goes far and beyond which makes the customer always feel valued. ?

Great for lunch and afternoon. Freshly cook , friendly, price is right and great portions.
The food is the best in spring area for Chinese , but the elderly lady makes the customer service so poor. There used to be one main lady at the front who was very polite , this older lady had me on hold over 15 minutes then just came back on the phone without acknowledging how long I been on hold . Then I order another time and she said the latest delivery time is 9:15 , I call at 8:45 , she said the driver went home . She’s just always a frustration along with the communication barrier , makes me want to eat somewhere else .
Love Hot Wok their food is great. Today for lunch we had extra spicy Kung PO Chicken, I had Chicken LoMein. Both dishes were just wonderful noodles we amazing. Plus you can’t beat the price.
Great place to eat. I was very impressed with the lady over the phone. She was very nice and efficient with my order. Their Asian cuisine is delicious. I'll be ordering again soon.
Not normally out in this area but had a job out there and decided I was going to give it a try and I was impressed good quality food and The young lady was very nice ,when I go back out that way I will visit again.
