This was our first visit to this restaurant. We have never had the time to stop in, when we were eating in this area. This evening we made time for a visit. We are very glad that we did, as the food was delicious. The employee that waited on us was very thorough, and patient. So one of our items was a salad, that had smoked jackfruit on it, the jackfruit was absolutely delicious. Everything was great, and service was perfect.
I love coming here and supporting a local business. The staff is always attentive and friendly. The mac and cheese egg rolls are my favorite and the side salad is simple yet delicious. The prickly pear lemonade is sweet and refreshing. I’m deducting one star because sometimes the restaurant is randomly closed earlier than the hours of operation listed, which makes it a little difficult to satisfy a craving. Would recommend giving this place a try.
I went at a very slow time (3:30pm) so I think it'd be busy at lunch. I enjoyed the meal and plan on coming back. Their brisket was actually very moist and tender. It's one of those places where you really can taste the love put into it

I tried Herb and Beet for the first time yesterday. My Friend Tiffany Wernimont and I absolutely loved their menu. Food was delicious. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The restaurant has a cool vibe with green plants. Love this place. Highly recommend!
I’ve been twice and it is an absolutely wonderful hidden gem! The food is excellent and so is the service! The restaurant is super clean and even the bathrooms are nice. Last time I went, they brought around their homemade beet chips and offered them for free to the tables, which was so thoughtful and those were also delicious, I’ll definitely be ordering those next time.
Food was fresh and delicious. It accommodated a vegan and meat eaters. The service was top notch! I had a chicken Caesar wrap and deviled eggs. They were both delicious and everything was made from scratch. Definitely pop in for a nibble, it’s worth it.
Had a great experience at Herb and Beet. The wife and I had lunch with some of my work colleagues. We ordered a steak salad, a jackfruit salad, a side of brisket, and some beet chips. All the salads were quite good. I got some of all the flavors with each bite. The atmosphere is good and the staff is very friendly. This is a restaurant for salad lovers. If salad is your thing you will love it.
WOW! This place is AMAZING! 5 stars all the way around! FRESH locally sourced ingredients make this place extra special AND the very affordable pricing it nice!The ceasar chicken wrap was DELICIOUS! The Beets and Sweets chips are BEYOND scrumptious! The Brisket Plate was by far the most flavorful and tender we have ever had in Texas... hands down!Fast and extremely courteous service! The owner Josh is super friendly and happy to describe any menu options! We enjoyed the Pecan Pie and brownie made by Josh's wife and highly recommended them along with the French Press Coffee.This will be our "go to" restaurant in the Woodlands every time we pass through!Fantastic eatery!
