Chicken is usually good (rare occasion of bad cooking) and the sides are all on par with the other chicken places at a much better price. The rolls are great. I can't comment on the inside buffet. Problem with this location is that they always have a line. Not because it's so popular but because it takes 20+ minutes for 3 cars to go through the drivethru. Super slow service. This is everytime I come without exception. If it was quicker, it would easily be a. 5 star review.
Went here this past week, the older gentleman is the kindest soul ! customer service is great ! When I win the lottery I will retire him (of course if he wants to:) )
This is one of the cleanest Hartz you'll ever go to. Their food is always fresh and they are very friendly, this is the ONLY Hartz I go to!
the food is fine but it shows that the frying oil should be changed more often.
Rude drive thru attendant every time we go thru there, heard him snapping at the person ordering in front of us and then again at the person behind us. Needs customer service training
Most of the time is fresh food, really depends the time you go. But the mac & cheese is always bad. The manager is really friendly and always gives us a warm welcome. But the employees seem to care too much about how much fried okra they give out. Not worth the price increase in the past few months. They give you a single order, doesn't matter if you're alone or with 15 family members. Worst yet it used to be a generous small order now it seems like they count how much pieces they give which is about 18 pieces.
With a large family buffets are always a favorite. This Hartz is one of our favorites. It is clean. The people are friendly. The food is hot and fresh.
