Some of the worst food I've had from any Hartz franchise! Considering it was straight up dinner time everything should have been hot and fresh, but no. My 2-piece all-white tasted like it had been sitting a while, and the skinny breast was mostly breading/crust with little flavor. The 7 tenders hubby received were TINY, as was the wing on my dinner. They were out of okra, mashed potatoes were watery, and they forgot to pack the additional rolls we had paid extra for. We got our meals to go, but noticed signs at the register stating, "No refund on buffet." Two fellows paid for buffets while we were picking up our order but then asked the staff to please put out more food as not much was on the serving line. They were told to "eat what was there." We will never stop at this location again. Waste of money.
The food was good and the customer drive through was helpful..
I drove through the drive through on my lunch break and inquired about their single specials, she mentioned it I ordered but I realized that i need more so i got right out of line and drove to the front and walked in. I told her I needed to cancel that order and start over again and she was so rude I couldn't believe her response. She told me " I'm not serving you and she walked off, so I didn't say anything and left immediately. Not good ground!
Chicken strips are the size of your baby finger now, if not smaller and the place is infested with flies crawling over their salad bar and buffet. If you do not want Maggots do not eat here.
Everytime I come home to Houston, I make my stop!!! NOTHING like a good ol hot chicken leg w/some fried okra on the side. Thank you Hartz for being consistently yummy!! #Htowngirl4ever

I purchased the Texas wings from which it was a horrible mistake. After biting the wings I noticed that plenty of them were not cooked well, they were under cooked! I could have gotten sick from this and as a result threw them away after noticing that half of them were undercooked and bloody. Can’t believe this happened, I will definitely not purchase from this location anymore.
The chicken was good and was fresh but those chicken strips are so small will not recommend getting the chicken tenders for 12 dollars I’ll just go somewhere else
This place is awful to say the least. Buffet looks like it was ran through by a pack of wolves. The chicken was old and didn't look like the other cooked chicken. Not sure what language they were speaking but it was not English. My next call is going to be to the Health Department. LOOKS LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS.
I normally go to the restaurant on 2920 and Rhodes rd but I decided to co.e to this one. Mistake. The fries were old and cold as well as the chicken tenders. Also forgot our rolls. Won't be going here again. If you come to this location, Check your order and try not to go around 6 pm when they are busy.
