My partner and I came by Grind Time while visiting Houston area right after the gym. Bring on a cut I was looking for something with a little lower calories, a good amount of protein and tasty. Definitely a hard combination to come across, but we did find this place.All the products are Herba Life based. I personally have no affinity to or again the brand, but some people do, so just know that before coming in. The shakes were fantastic and low calorie, below 300. There were tons of great flavors and I went with praline and cheesecake (I believe), but they had tons of other cool flavors like Red Velvet, Snickerdoodle, Strawberry Cheesecake, etc.The owner was fantastic and made us feel right at home. We stayed talking with her for 30 minutes and it was great to here her story and how the place came to be. The store felt a little empty, but the decorations that were there were nice.Overall great experience and recommend others to come by and support this small business as well!
This place has a lot of different varieties of varieties of flavor choices and newly added teas. Delicious!Establishment is very clean and inviting. The owner is very friendly and informative.

Just found this spot. They offer meal replacement shakes and teas that are delicious. A healthy option. Service was top notch and the owner explained everything. I inquired about weight gain options and he was helpful with programs to help my son. We will definitely be regulars.
First off... I will definitely be returning!!! My shake was sooo delicious like I can't believe it's a healthy drink. My kids loved their drinks also and wants to go back for more too(they would disagree but my shake was better lol.) Loved the atmosphere very clean and the owners are amazing!!! Please support just one visit and you'll be hooked.
