We had the pho and the spring egg rolls. So we haven't sampled much on the menu. The pho was delicious. We are foodies but not very expert in pho, so let me put that out there. So we are discriminating when it comes to food. We just don't have much reference for what good pho is. But the flavor was excellent. This is in the vicinity of our home but still a 20 minute drive away. There are other pho restaurants closer. But based on all the other reviews I can't wait to try more of the menu. I have Vietnamese friends who had invited us over for pho but had to cancel at the last minute so this was our substitute dinner. We were not disappointed. So many pho restaurants have so many varieties of pho that it can be overwhelming. I like the fact that Fu Manchung has a special pho they list right up front. That's what we had and we would get it again and again.
Nice little restaurant - the staff were very friendly and attentive, I had the fried rice and found it to be very good. Other dishes at our table looked to be equally good!
Fu Manchung was the perfect finale to my Houston trip!Their Pho is delicious! Made with no msg, & the perfect blend beef bone broth. They offer 3 sizes of servings. I ordered the small & still wasn’t able to finish it!We also had their famous Flying Rolls & fried rice & iced coffee… Just scrumptious!!Their serving sizes are quite generous, prices still reasonable and service is top notch.The restaurant has a nice dining area & seems to attract a eclectic crowd. From business lunches to couples & families.The atmosphere is laid back, yet we were treated to the best customer service we’ve had in a long time!Close enough to the airport that I would say it’s a must for anyone coming to the area for a brief visit. This is a Houston area gem!!
WOW! WOW! WOOWWWW! We saw this amazing restaurant on Nicks Local Eats and it did not disappoint! AMAZING atmosphere and service, the kindest most attentive employees ever. Everything we ate was incredible we ordered a bit of everything. The gentleman taking orders up front was beyond nice and very patient while we debated on what to try. We will be regulars here and can’t wait to try all the things!
This is not just a restaurant, it is an experience! The staff takes hospitality to the next level. From the way they display their menu when you come in, to the descriptions on the menu, to the funny/witty remarks from the waiters. Just a fantastic experience, matched by delicious food!The pho - rolls are something else, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Most amazing and freshest food and friendly service! Pho is very tasty! Egg rolls very good and so is fried rice! Very cozy family atmosphere!!!
came on a busy thursday evening, staff was super attentive to our group. restaurant is very clean and paul (the owner) is very welcoming! food and drinks were so good! i had the broke a$$ ramen and a thai tea and it was to die for ??
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!Paul the owner is awesome he makes everyone feel like family. This place has the best pho around!!! They put their heart and soul into every dish they make and you can taste it. They also have great tea's. Can't say enough good things about this place.
Came in on a Saturday around noon, the food is great and the staff was very friendly. Super flavorful and fresh. We sampled several dishes and loved all. Portion size are good size and could be shared with 2 people if you wanted too. They have a small kids menu which was perfect for my littles. Definitely recommend and will be going back.
First time customer, now forever customer. The atmosphere was excellent. Even though there was a bit of a wait time, our hostess was very accommodating. She was updating us on our table while we looked at our menus. This location allows you to place your sit in orders ahead of time, which was a first for us.The food that made it to our table was absolutely exceptional. The spring rolls, crunchy and fresh. The pho....light and savory. The meat, tender and juicy. I'm looking forward to bringing others here to experience this great place.
