Surprisingly this was my first time here and I can’t believe I hadn’t stopped sooner. I approached the counter and a young gentlemen filled with great mannerism and enthusiasm, greeted me, he made personal suggestions and took my order. I was alone on my lunch break. I examined the lobby and staff while eating. All employees were so respectful to customers and co-workers. This one individual stuck out though, he had great interpersonal skills. I watched as he approached and greeted tables, took trash for customers, cleaned floors, cleaned tables, he even took and delivered orders. This was all done with a smile. (Rare now days) I approached him while exiting and asked his name to which he replied Aaron. I told him to keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing him in management one day. I’m going to be honest it’s been quite sometime since I’ve went into a fast food restaurant and had a great overall experience.
The girl ringing us up was awesome and kept checking on us while we were there, it was our first time going. It seemed like all the other staff were new or just didn't care. She needs a raise! The Steak Burgers are ?! Wasn't too crazy about the Turtle Sunday there was an inedible amount of caramel in it. Could have been made wrong ?♀️
Service was great, food was served quickly and the burgers were great! Service and food has always been consistent. And if you have room for dessert you can't go wrong with their ice cream.Freddy's does offer Military discount.
Food was good. The young man taking our order was rude! My wife asked a question and he answered her very condescending manner. Don't think we will be back. Visited other Freddy's and never had a problem. I could maybe understand if he was busy, however there was no line at the order counter and customers at only 2 tables.
I wish Utah had these, seriously some of the best desserts I've had from a fast food place.
“Said app was not working “ good not get or use point. Figured I could add it from receipt!!! WRONGThe don’t put store number on receipt and check number is letters and you have to enter number. As thin as the meat is I’m not sure how they managed to send it out as pink. Talked family into going there and I should of listened to them
This how this Freddy send food out. To many kids play with customers food. Nightshift don't go here. Food was raw also.
the burger is very good but consume as much fry sauce as possible and take handfuls home
Solid experience. Fries, onions, and pickles were noticably better compared to other burger joints. It's all about the little things and this place gets them right.
Pretty nice place to hang after the movies, talk with the kids about their lives and the movie itself, family friendly, friendly staff, the only reason for 4 stars is that they took a long time to clean the tables, they could get a little better on cleaning tables, trash area (again not bad but definitely can improve). Cost effective, casual alternative for dinner.The Freddys sauce is delicious !!! The spicy is not really spicy but is great! Goes well with everything…
