My first visit and anticipate more! Nostalgic dining at its best! Our window lady who took the order was super fantastic!!! Her kindness, patience, and efficiency were UNPARALLELED. The food was good but her service to us is what I appreciated the most. SHE WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR compared to other eateries.....We were there around sixish on Friday evening if you want a unique experience ?. Sorry no photos this time. Meal was DEVOURED quickly!
Out of all my reviews l have rarely left a negative one however, l couldn’t believe the filthy condition of the lobby when we entered the restaurant today. This was my first time coming inside to eat and with all of Covid-19 sanctions, I’m surprised that this was allowed. I’m new to the area and am new to Freddy’s. Every table was dirty including sticky floors with fries scattered. We had to request a table be cleaned before we could sit down. There was also a dirty smell upon entering which resembled the smell of underarm pit and it wasn’t the onions. Hubby thought it smelled like tuna.The manager, who wore a red shirt, never acknowledged me or looked up when l walked up to her station just to ask which station l could place my order at. There was a sign which read “delivery pick up” at one station, and as a result of that plus no one being at that register, l thought l couldn’t order there. Next, my food was not prepared accurately. I had a horrible experience here so don’t waste your Sunday afternoon coming here. I would have given 2 stars but all of these discrepancies continued. I couldn’t leave photos because the person who cleaned a table for us began cleaning the rest of the lobby. The restrooms were disgusting also. There did not appear to be a shortage of staff or no apparent reason for any of the above to have occurred. I wanted to order ice cream after our burgers but didn’t spend more money nor do l trust the condition of the machines now.
My daughter loves a good burger but her and beef don't get along. So when she gets a chance to have one it has to be great. Freddy's was ok to her. Sorry guys, wish I had better news from the best burger taster in the world
My Bf and I come with our kids every other week and the service is always Awesome. But we came in tonight and my friend ordered her meal then I ordered mine right after...134-135. my friend got her meal and 15 minutes go by and I still hadn't gotten our meal. I go to the counter and the guy said it was given to a drive thru order and they will make our meal . Then 10minutes later our meal still hadn't come out so I went back to the counter and they guy said they forgot to make it. A young man came out to the table and asked what was going on and he got right on making the meal for my son and I. Total wait from my friends meal to mine was 45 minutes.The young man came and deliver our food then ask asked if we wanted something extra .. i asked if we could each have ice cream and he did. I asked if a manager was on , he said not really . He was the only person that went out of his way to make sure not just us but all customers where having a positive experience after our mix up. He even walked around and pick up trash . Big thanks to Chris!!!My friend I both worked customer service.. restaurant.. retail..and now medical. We told him that his work ethics will take him far in life and any company would be proud how he represented your companies name! We will definitely be back and will ask for Chris!!
This place has horrible management and they treat staff terrible. They also treat guests terrible. There’s also a time where I heard supposedly there was a rat in the back office along with mice.This place also got a fail in the food inspection.I’ve see no one wash their hands or change gloves. FYI I used to be employed with this company and I had to leave due to the fail attempts to get everything under order.Profanity in the lobby and at one point sexual remarks were made in front of my family.We will not order from here nor eat. I suggest and advise others take caution when eating here.
Best burgers! I drive from Conroe to Spring just for these burgers and fries.However my last visit 1.28.22, the staff went above and beyond. The manager was great, cashier, food. Everything. So satisfied. I will continue to support Freddy's.
This location was AMAZING!! fast friendly service with smiles!! All of the staff was very pleasant and the food was delicious as always. It was a nice meal prior to a busy activity and time of day wasn't packed or loud inside.
I really like the fries. The burger was so-so. The custard was a weird consistency where it would drip off the spoon and make a mess but was too thick to be a milkshake but not thick enough to be spooned
I am a big fan of Freddy’s but today I was extremely disappointed. Not only was the wait very long but my order was wrong. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich adding Mayo, mustard, pickles and jalapeños to go with the lettuce and tomato. Got just bun and chicken.
Clearly this location is lacking leadership from management! The tables have foot prints on the seats and need attention. The sodas all taste like carbonated water. And there is no presence of excellence or good customer service! They we’re great when they first opened… but it’s horrible now…please try and get some people that love providing solid customer service in fast food!
