It's 5 guys. If you've been to one this one isn't bad, but it's not some super 5 guys either. If you haven't been let me explain. You will pay sit down restaurant prices for fast food. The burgers are good and besides bacon, cheese, meat toppings don't cost and they have plenty from pickles, tomatoes, lettuce to mushrooms and grilled onions. I got a cheeseburger with the works cost a small fry and medium drink. Paid 20 bucks and left full. Unless you want left over just get the small fry. Their Cajun seasoned fries are the best part of 5 guys and they give you your moneys worth of them at least. A small order of fries at 5 guys would alone fill up most adults.
Customer service horrible!!!!!!!
Rude staff. Questionable restrooms. Far too expensive for a burger joint. Next time going to Red Robin up the street. Gourmet burgers and bottomless fries for the same cost. And this was before the food. Soggy bun, almost stale. Out of ketchup at the dispenser, staff refused to refill. Used ketchup packets, although half were sticky. Sad really, terrible experience. Definitely steer clear.
Amazing burgers, the best fries I've had in a long time. All you can eat free peanuts. Unlimited coke refills.
My 1st time ever eating FiveGuys.I know, I know.Smelled amazing upon entry. Everything is ordered separately, no meal deals. But I love that ALL the toppings are FREE, even the grilled mushrooms n onions. Yum!Busy n Fast. But my favorite part was the FRIES. OMG. So good! And they just dump a bunch of Xtra fries in your bag so it's swimming in big, salty, HOT, crispy fries. Holy moly.Another little thing they do I like, is the put numbered stickers on your burgers (1,2,3,etc)according to the receipt so you don't have to open each one to figure out whose burger is whose.Nice touch.?
Wow! Five Guys burgers is truly a unique burger experience. If you love hamburgers this is a burger place you have to try!The service here is always been phenomenal. Today Tamiah was here to help. She was pleasant, sweet and professional. In fact, all these people here are very hard workers!Oh, for those new to Five Guys they have free peanuts to eat show you wait on your order. There's a container full of em and you just scoop your peanuts out into a cardboard cup.And the burgers are huge! I ordered a little cheeseburger and it filled me up.I will definitely come back to Five Guys.
So this was my second visit in a long time at this location mind you. First walked in, no one greeted me. One of the guys had to tell the cashier that I was waiting to order. She walks up, takes my order has her phone out texting or whatever she was doing too. I asked if my fries comes with Cajun seasoning and she said I could add it if I want, I told her I wanted that and she turned around to tell the cook but her whole demeanor made me feel as if it was an issue because I wanted to change it. She went over to the other young lady and was saying something so then the other girl looked up at me. It was just a vibe I got that she said something about me. She definitely set a negative tone for this location and I won’t be back.
* Follow me on my Google account for more reviews. The staff were not very welcoming for the customers. The cook did not fully load our large fries. It feeds for 3 people but our portion served for 2.There is another five Guys 8mins from this location. So I'll likely go there.
Never understood this place. $20 for a mediocre burger, fry & drink. nothing special about it for the price. Nearly $5 for a fry that comes in a cute little cup. Why people waste their hard earned money on this place is baffling. This place is lucky there isn't a Fat Burger around here, they'd blow them out of the water with both quality, and portion for a cheaper price.
Quality & Service Down, over inflated prices Spring Stuebner locationWaited 5 mins on hold to place order but upon arrival 230p thursday discovered 4 workers talking (not cooking or cleaning) with no customers. $15 for small fry+small burger+small drink. Coworkers and family can sit down to be served a good meal most other places for same price. Meat was gristle-ly, got bone in-between teeth, lacked flavor, bun was falling apart, too much mustard. Fries were not cooked when I arrived. After departure found they were old, overcooked, tough, almost burned. They had fry bins set up ready to go but gave me reheated leftovers. Did not finish eating it. $2.95 for small drink you fetch yourself is too much. Owner needs to "shop" this place before they lose it.
