Terrible service. Have waited tables for multiple years so I tend to be too understanding but this was ridiculous. Server forgot to put in our app. We were completely okay when he admitted and we also added our food. Server came out multiple times but never checked on us when we had empty drinks. Failed to put in our food and didn’t realize till 30 mins later once he finally checked on us because we called him over. We told him nevermind and left. Worst service I have ever received.
I’ve eaten here twice now with my husband and kids and we absolutely love it. The atmosphere is fun and colorful. My three year old loves all the butterflies, geckos and bird decor. And, since she’s a “refried bean” expert, she gave their’s a two thumbs up. Every dish is full of just the right amount of flavor, including their chips and salsa and the choices of margarita flavors are endless! My favorite is the Mango Chomay with top shelf tequila!
It's so nice to have a delicious local Mexican restaurant!! Their no name plate and la Bamba plate are really good. Their shrimp brochettes are the size of extra large eggs! Soooo good!! The have a ton of margarita flavors also. Definitely give this place a try!!
We went on 2-28-22. The food is good. We have been several times, and have enjoyed it, so we have gone back. However, we felt annoyed this past time we went because when my husband ordered his food, the waiter said, that "comes with avocado slices, do you want that, or guacamole?" My husband, not liking either, looked at me and said, "honey, which would I prefer?" I said, well, if it is a choice, then, guacamole. He ended up with both, and they charged us $3 for a side of guacamole in the end. ? I felt tricked and frustrated. I didn't ask if it was an extra charge, but he sure made it sound like an option. The guacamole wasn't very good, either. I will just get the avocado slices next time or we may opt for a different restaurant. ?♀️
The food is okay, and the servers as well. But this restaurant needs to train the bus boy and bus girl, at least fake smile if you want a good tip!I literally ask for a plastic spoon for my child twice and he just rolled his eyes! Than I just stopped ordering food, and didn’t even finish my appetizer and left!I felt so bad on how the bus boy acted like we were doing him a favor. Again I asked something else and He acted like he didn’t want to continue giving us service! Like wow For asking extra stuff we needed at our table! Seriously! What an ungrateful momentThis is my last time coming here, I use to love it, but these servers helpers are a messed!
There are not to many places that exceed my customer service expectations but these guys went above and beyond. Long story short we ordered a to go meal my husband picked up on his way home from work. I got a call from them stating they forgot to put my daughter's order in the bag and my husband had already left. I told them it was OK and would take a credit but the guy insisted to make it right by driving and delivering the order himself. Talk about customer service. These guys rock and the food is excellent. Thank you guys for putting your customers first and knowing the value of them.The Dean Family

I’m not a fan… first and last time here. Sometimes you can visit an establishment and see the potential. Not here unfortunately. The menu and the vibe were both very underwhelming. I had no idea what to order so I order the grilled chicken and veggies. The grilled chicken was bad actually and the veggies were cooked well. But I wanted to indulge and I didn’t get that at all. The chips taste like they bought them at the grocery and just opened a bag and poured them in the basket. They probably should have some peppermints for the guest on the way out considering how oniony and cilantro-y the salsa is. That’s all you taste and to me, the flavor of salsa should be married leaving you asking the question, “what’s in this?”. There are no questions here… it’s onion and cilantro. I will say the house margarita was good but again, not enough to bring me back.
The best margaritas. Top notch customer service. Food is standard. They want you the enjoy you drinks, dinner and service. The best Mexican nearby just because of their hospitality. Try the coconut margarita- flavors of vacation!
