Wonderful service! I'm practically a regular there and the employees are always nice and courteous, some even recognize me and ask me about what's happening and such. And as always, a great menu (I recommend any freeze, and the Trixie green tea is my favorite right now).
The drinks are good and people are friendly! They need to do something about the efficiency of getting people through the lines. It can take well over 10 to 20 minutes at times to get through the line. If they speed things up they can get extra stars on their reviews.
The blue rebel energy drinks are bomb!
This place done me wrong by opening up so close by, because I have spent way too much money and got in the way too many calories from this place... but I am in no way complaining.I have tried quite a few different drinks from here so far because I like to try a different one every time every time and so do my kids; so we have been getting 4 different drinks every time we've come and my absolute favorite is the golden eagle freeze with 2 pumps of hazelnut and a soft top.If you have kids I advise to come at the beginning of the month because that's when they have stickers and and the kids go crazy for them!Their service is great and I love how upbeat the people who work here seem to be.
I love this location, I work right across the street and worked years at Starbucks so while I understand the wait times they do get a little long sometimes but I could care less because I am the one making the decision to stop for coffee and its up to your own personal decision to make sure you have the time to make that stop!The staff here is wonderful! I always enjoy talking to them and they are very friendly and never have had a bad experience!
Coffee always tastes great. Completely stopped going to SB, the coffee is *that* much better! BUT this location is almost guaranteed to wait 20+ min whether your second in line or 15th in line or even if you go to the walk up window. Your drink will not start getting made till you are at the window in the drive thru and they tell you it's almost ready when they haven't even started. The staff is always friendly but extremely slow paced.
Great experience every time we come! The staff here is AWESOME, Deshaun took our complicated order and was very kind and patient. He repeated it several times to make sure it was correct, which we really appreciated. They work hard! Our favorite Dutch location!
We visited back to back in two days. First time we got hot hazelnut truffle mocha and cold golden eagle. Second time because we liked the coffee and thought golden eagle might be better hot ( we were right). Coffee is delicious. Temperature was not hot both times. Coffee needs to be hot! Hence the one star. Second star I took away for service! I should take two for service! It’s bad!! It took us 35 minutes in the drive through line and 40 minutes from is window! I don’t know what their process is but it’s not efficient! Even when one person is taking orders outside it’s ridiculously slow!! Just for that reason I will be thinking multiple times before going back! No matter how great the coffee tastes, the service and temperature takes it down several notches for me! Much improvement needed in those areas!
Love this place. It's completely replaced Starbucks for me. Haven't had the coffee, but their energy drinks are so good. Also you can get a sofa with sugar free syrup. Get the vanilla. Its literally a cream soda.
I'm liking the new locations available in the area, and I do like the taste of their coffee. Good sizes for a little less than going through the Starbucks line. All the drinks I've tried so far, I have enjoyed. I've done some coffee drinks and a couple of their energy sodas. Tried one hot chocolate and it is ridiculously sweet, if you are into that. I find asking their employees that take your order for their favorite coffee and going with their recommendations to be a good way to get great new coffee flavors! I am giving 4 stars and not 5 bc of the general wait time. It's pretty long, no matter when I seem to go or how many people are in line. Don't go for coffee here if you want to be in/out and on your way. If you have the time to wait, great place to go for caffeine.
