This location has gone downhill. Order a medium iced coffee today with easy ice and almond milk, and a sesame bagel. The coffee tasted like water and the sesame bagel was as hard as a hockey puck. The workers at the drive thru window had attitudes for no reason and lacked professionalism. This is the third chance (after multiple incidents) I’ve given this location and I will not be coming back. Last time, I was here, they couldn’t even make cappuccinos because no one on staff was trained to use the machine. Going to stick with Starbucks from now on, at least their coffee doesn’t taste like pure water. Just stay away and give your hard earned money to either another location or another company who actually appreciates having customers in the first place.
They’re really nice and kind, Always helps out with my orders with no delays of any order.
I’m not exactly sure if a manager was working this location at the time that I went but I would think it was just being ran by teens. I ordered my food thru the drive thru pull up to the window the worker definitely looked uninterested She didn’t say a word I just handed her my card. I looked away as she charged my card I turned back to see if she was done and instead of her saying anything she just had the card sticking out the window to pass back to me and what made it worse there was another work with my food sticking it out the window also. Instead of just saying something they sat quietly. The customer service was not great at all I let them both know that they should have said something. What makes everything bad is my order was wrong ? one of the donuts isn’t the one I asked for and the glaze donut looked extremely old. This has to be the worst experience at dunkin.
This is a combo Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts. I have given this place many opportunities but it just seems to be getting worse. Took kids to get ice cream and they had a total of about 7 flavors available and half of those were almost gone. The senior staff person was loudly complaining about "all of these people getting off work and wanting ice cream at the same time", while a new employee was struggling to get anything done. This is my fifth attempt....won't be any more!
I always try to give this location chances but EACH time, they disappoint. The first time we went, teenagers were working and slammed the drive through window when we asked for spoons. The second time we ordered iced coffees with cream and sugar and got plain bitter burnt coffee. Today was our last time going. Our order was ALL wrong. Heck, one of our coffees was a medium and was only filled HALFWAY!!!!! One of our sandwiches had raw bacon.The young guy who was taking everything out to the cars was extremely nice, the only plus. They charge you for the drinks you order then only give you plain coffee. Also, isn’t it a liability to have a young kid behind the counter? I understand the struggle and having no one to watch your kid while you work, but to have them behind the counter with hot coffee and hot ovens?? Not to mention everyone on their phones.. 80% of the order we ended up trashing because it was just not edible. Waste of money. Based on all the reviews, it seems like this place needs a change or should be closed. You guys are going to get people sick.
This place in Spring Stuebner Rd. Is just the worst place to order, I went to the drive thru and made my order, when I was there to pay I have to wait for 10 min. Then I paid and I was ask to wait in the parking, I was waiting and waiting and waiting… then I saw a lady with an order and I call her; I ask for my food and she said she was working on that. Later a boy came out and give me “my order” it was incomplete ???. My tea was not the way I ordered, and my donut holes were missing. So I came in to the store and let them know what had happened and they give me the cream and told me to take the sugar from the shelf in front of me and I keep waiting for my donuts and nothing and leave the place without my donuts, they still from me just like that they keep working like nothing. That place is the worst. If you by any change go there, take the time to check your order because they ruin my day.
Sadly my review is very similar to that of mang others. Every time I've been here it's something, most times I'm there when it's not busy. I've experienced everything from poorly made drinks that don't taste right at all to my food order being completely forgotten about. After reading so many other reviews it sounds like a problem of weak or incompetent leadership at some level.
I ordered 10 donut whole and only got 7, I also ordered a croissant sandwich which was beyond burned. I’ve never had these issues at any other locations.
Every single time I go to this dunkin they get my order wrong, no matter how simple. They will rush you to order at the drive through even if you’ve only had enough time to read one item on the menu lol & of course the food & coffee is always cold. Better management & training is highly recommended. 0 stars ??
Sometimes they're on point and every now and then they mess up. Overall pretty good. Wish they wouldn't make you park to wait for an order when there's no one behind you.
