I come here quite often and usually don’t have a problem, not sure what happened today. This was supposed to be a vanilla ice coffee with cream but as you can tell it’s pretty dark and watery. Not sure who is making the drinks today but some retraining may be in order. Oh and they burnt my kolache, yay! whole order was a waste of money.
Coffee is one thing they should serve good and the staff messes up every-time. The owner is least bothered to train the staff. Added 2 star because other foods ok , it’s the coffee.
My order was a take out, one large hot caramel latte and one large cold caramel latte with less ice. The coffees were good, in other location a little more strong but was good. Staff friendly and smiling. To be my first time in this location was very good... I will go again.
Been frequenting this location for a few years now. Recently over the past few months the coffee flavor has been inconsistent unfortunately. It taste burnt and bitter as if they are now trying to imitate Starbucks. The whole reason I even become a Dunkin regular is because their coffee had real flavor and DID NOT taste like the other guys. Idk what’s going on now. Customer service is great though. No complaints there.
While the service was good didn't like what I got for my order, my tea was warm even though I told them make it hot and the donut was dry.I was very disappointed.
If I could give no stars, I would. This place is a hot mess. There are employees standing around and not helping the others when it’s busy. I ordered donuts at 7:05 and left the store at 7:45. This visit was ridiculous. Definitely not coming back to this location.
The staff here is very nice amd very helpful. You will never feel like an idiot ordering a coffee like you do at the green place.. The donuts, while not as good as the other big box place.. You know the one, red strip going through it.. Yeah.. DD has selection of menú items. They have lunch items, breakfast items, bagels, munchkins, iced drinks, koloches .. Very tasty btw.. Very yummy.. Its a one stop shop.. Hit them up, you won't be dissatisfied..
Nice people but got the order incorrect. Asked for omelette bites. Egg white with veggies. Got the bacon one. Confirmed with the cashier and on the receipt. No excuses. That part of the order was critical due to dietary/ religious concerns and it's nearly $5 for a small item. Manager was more concerned the stoopwafel wasn't included in the dozen which I would gladly pay an upcharge for.
Get it together team! More training, less high school mess.
I finally had their pumpkin cream cold brew and I really like it.Edit, I tried to like this place so bad I even became a regular here but it’s just not working out, the morning employees are the best but the lack of consistency in the drinks is unacceptable. I feel completely ripped off after paying over $5 for a large drink that’s 90% ice, couldn’t even put my straw through the ice. Unbelievable you can’t be ripping off customers that spend well over $25 in drinks here every week.
