I love the coffee from this brand but this location maybe due to new staff the coffee is not so good as the location in1960. This Sunday the staff serving the drive thru was not very friendly, polite but not friendly. Also the service was very slow.... And I had only one car in front..... I requested the coffee with extra caramel and they forgot to put it in both coffee :/
No waffle cone in Saturday..? No enough cakes? No enough variety of cakes. To many employes (lazy). For nothing in there! Only ice cream bowl.
This place has absolutely no customer service skills! I went to the door and was told I have to go through the drive thru. I called, while standing outside in the cold, to say I don't have a vehicle because I am getting and oil change next door and would just like a coffee. I was told they are under staffed and the dine in is closed. I am welcome to walk through the drive thru!! Really!! Meanwhile there are 3 employees (kids) inside laughing and looking at each others phone.
Arrived at 7am and were still not warm donuts, not fresh
I stoped yesterday!! Verry bad customer service the cashier was rude !! The donuts looks not fresh !!
I've stopped by several times after 6 AM, and they have been closed each time. I see employees milling around inside, but yet at 6:11, they are still closed. The hours of operation say they open at 6. Just change the temporary hours if that's the issue. The car in front of me waited a few minutes, thinking they would get service.
The app allows you to order in advance for pick up INSIDE. This store isn’t allowing anyone INSIDE so you have to wait in their ridiculously long line. There is no way to cancel your order once it has been placed. Tragic…. Do better. Update your options or employ enough people to open the dining room on a busy Saturday morning. All of us Karen’s have sports events to get our kids to on time!!
Iced coffee was great. Went inside employees have a great positive attitude. They made sure I got my app discount and points

Why do you have employees who don’t know how to input cc information. The chip on my cc was having issues but is that literally the only way you can take payment? I doubt it. You e lost my business to the local donut shop which is not only better tasting but better prices. F U Dunkin’
