The delivery driver tipped themselves $20 on my card & neither the assistant manager nor the general manager did anything about it. They claimed that they cannot take cash out of the drawer (even though their employee committed credit card fraud) to make it right, nor could they contact the driver in order to get the $20 from the thief. I had to call them on the phone and then go in person for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do. My signature was forged, as the driver never gave me the receipt to sign. HORRIBLE SERVICE & THEFT/ CREDIT CARD FRAUD!!

This review is only partially for the way my delivery went and partially for the people running the show. If you put a delivery time of 28 mins, I'm expecting close to 28 mins. If you put a delivery time of 1 hour, then I know what to expect. My delivery time was twice what the app said it would be. I requested the text message to let me know when the driver was 2 mins away. Well it told me my driver was 2 mins away and my pizza was delivered. I even looked on my ring camera and saw a driver drive by my house but no pizza delivered. 15 mins after it said my pizza was delivered, I called the store to make sure my pizza was actually going to be delivered or what happened. The driver pulled up as I was on the phone. What I want is transparency. Tell me what I'm going to get. Not lies. And don't send me a message my pizza was delivered if it wasn't. On a good note, the pizza was still hot and delicious.
Worst place ever. They sent me a wrong order and when I called them for a new one first they were refusing and saying we did not send a wrong order and later they said they would send new one in 30 mins and they did not. I called them back she said the delivery is already on its way. It didn’t come and I called back after almost 45 mins. She literally hung up on me as soon as i started talking. I called back and she received and hung up. This place is trash. This was their second wrong order for me. Those employees are rude.
Love this neighborhood domino’s. Great service and food quality. And if there is ever something wrong they fix it . Great team all the way around .
Sure would be NICE and HEALTHY if “DOMINOS “ would clean the pizza delivery bags ya know the ones that keep the pizzas hot while being transported …. Well the one that was used to deliver my “very last” pizza was DISGUSTING!!
By far, one of THE BEST Domino’s that I’ve ever ordered from! Regardless if it’s delivery or carry out, the pizza is always on point and never disappoints! ?The overall atmosphere there is just right and I’m glad that we’re zoned to this location.
I stated I was paying cash. I feel ripped off. They charged me for delivery and didn't have any change for me. Had to basically give him 12 dollars cause he didn't have change. Extremely frustrating that they take advantage of us.
This place has always been nice. I have never received a wrong order and it’s always on time.
First time I ordered the handmade pan pizza. The manager recommended it . It was the best pizza I have had . Everyone else thought so to. I walked in and my order was ready in 15 minutes. They have a nice waiting area for carry out and a drive thru. Fast, clean and friendly store.
