We drove up their today 6/16/22 at 9:50 pm. We went through the drive thru and no one asked for our order so we drove to the window 2 minutes later and this young lady with braids didn't even acknowledge that we were their and shook her head like I'm not good to take yall order. This place need a good night Manager and stop letting kids run the place.
I wish that I can give this store zero stars because I asked for a four piece chicken strips meal and also asked for a chicken fried steak sandwich combo with no vegetables mayo and cheese only, I get home the fries are disgusting they’re old you can tell they were refried my sandwich was loaded with shredded lettuce and tomatoes and they gave me four piece steak fingers instead. I usually don’t have a problem here I tried to call up there because I don’t live close by it was on the way home grabbing food and no one answered. I may not return.
Why would you offer, confirm and allow a guest to pay for something you don’t have? I ordered a twist cone which is half chocolate and half vanilla, my order was read back to me before I paid. When I was handed a plain vanilla cone I wasn’t informed they didn’t have twist and since they made it already I couldn’t get a refund….I would give 0 stars to this location if I could because this has happened here before.
My husband bought a Frito pie and it was 85% Fritos and 15% topping. That is unacceptable we have ordered Frito pies before and they've been well served to the point where we both share. This time around it was very skimpy. Also the jalitos they gave us last time where literally just breaded jalapenos no cheese nothing in there just breaded jalapenos that were dry. I do not appreciate
We used to love going to this DQ but recently anytime we go they say they don’t have certain things. A couple of days ago we went they said they had no red velvet, another day we went at 9PM they said they had just taken their last customer, and that they were closed so we went ti Sonic’s. Today we went and we asked for mozzarella cheese sticks and the lady said they didn’t have any mozzarella cheese sticks, or French fries. I think the staff doesn’t want to work. And about two weeks ago we went and asked for Oreo blizzard and they gave us something completely different and when they handed it to us and did the whole cup facing down it dripped out of the cup it was melting. We said it was fine and just threw it away. They need better staff it’s filled with teenage kids that obviously don’t care or want to work.
Absolutely horrible service. With no cars on front of us, we waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a 4pc steak finger basket. While waiting, 2 other orders, including the car behind us, got food and left. When I went inside to see what the hold up was, I was td we were waiting on the fries to cook yet I could see all the baskets in fryer out of the grease and empty. And best part, we ordered onion rings. Which we did not get with our order. And once we finally got home, we discovered they clearly don't clean the restaurant as we had what I hope is chocolate sauce on bottom of our bag which is now all over the car interior. Absolutely worthless crew.
I think this location is being mismanaged. I've been here several times and they are always out of something. They've been out of certain ice cream, hot dogs, they've given me wrong drinks and food. Will probably try to avoid this location.
The drive thru closes at 9:30pm even though online it says 10pm. So we were lucky to come before that. But we got chocolate dipped cones and they were so good. Definitely coming to this location again!
Husband went to the drive thru at 9:30 and no one would answer the speaker despite there being cars there. And to top it all off, as he drove away the lady was at the window just sitting there. Very disappointed in this service!!
If you like hair in your food and pubic hair in your kids drinks eat here. I've eaten here three times and had hair in every single order. Today I decided to say something! Don't eat here! Never coming back!
