Extremely rude. Never experienced that at this location before. Probably will avoid at night until I hear they have better hires for the night shift. Nothing but straight attitude so we didn’t place an order. Went to another fast food place where I was treated with decency.
The five stars are for the blizzards. For me the best ice cream ever my kids and husband love them too. Variety of combinations and sizes. Very affordable.
DQ is usually pretty good. Not today! We were served cold hamburgers. They were out of ice, but didn't let you know until after you ordered and paid. Need to be upfront when you are out of something. Just stick to the icecream!
The young man at the front was so sweet an helpful. My daughter dropped her ice cream i was willing to but another one he mad her one it made her day.. Very clean inside and out.
Good service and our food tasted delicious and fresh! The presentation of our burgers, fries and blizzards was A+. We were very pleased with our last visit there.
This was actually really good. I had been looking for a place to eat just wanted something quick and good. This definitely did the trick. I'll definitely be coming back.
Ordered a BLT with no mayo. Get home(20 minutes away) to eat it. And it is dripping in Mayo. What is wrong with people?! The mgr... After several calls with no answer... Finally answered. He offered another sandwich. Ummm... I live 20 minutes away and don't go to that area much. No offer to refund me... Nothing. So, I'm supposed to drive a 40 minute roundtrip, to get the sandwich I already paid for? I don't think so. I will never stop into this DQ EVER again. I'd rather eat a PB sandwich at home!
Very unhappy with the taco salad here. Received store bought tortilla chips for the taco salad instead of the usual made to order taco bowl that is advertised on every menu you ever see at Dairy Queen (including their menu). I inquired with the cashier, thinking they gave me the nachos by mistake. I told her it should have come with the bowl shaped shell and she said that their store doesn't have those, ever.This is not some limited time promotional item. This is a staple on the DQ menu at any location you go to. My husband was very disappointed with the meal and the portions that were on the plate were very small too. Definitely don't go here if you are wanting a famous DQ taco salad.
Purchased a Hunger Buster combo at this location today 11/20/21. The drink that was given to me was overly tainted with what the feds are having various businesses put in my food/drink. I took one sip and I immediately began to feel pressure in my chest. I didn't dare drink anymore of it but poured it down the sink. There was also an agent sitting in the parking lot to convey to the resturante via text, the automobile that I was riding in to ascertain that no one else received my order by mistake. The cup was also marked to distinguish my drink from the other person's order that was with me.
Food looked appetizing, was fresh and hot. Customer service was great.
