the food the service..great environment..must try again
best thing the Spring location could do is close their doors. 0-3 in never getting an order correct. Horrible service. Absolute garbage.
Excellent food at great prices. Huge servings, had the fried mushrooms and fried pickles, both delicious with ranch. Then I had a BLT, it was so good and had a monstrous amount of bacon on it. And their peach tea is a 10 out of 10 along with their great service.
Chicken fried Brisket and chicken fried chicken. Great food, great gravy. Portions a little small as you can see by the potatoes.Service is a little slow and inattentive so 4 stars instead of 5.
Ashley needs to do better . Horrible service . Not very attentive. Did not refill one drink . We had to look for her for everything. Restaurant is empty~ she should have catered to us. Horrible !!!!!Rolls were not fresh. Taste and looked like this morning . Food was just ok . I don't have to come back !!
The place had great customer service. However, the food was not as expected. The portions were very small. The Mac and cheese didn’t seem like it was made from scratch and the chicken fried steak was so over cooked it almost looked like jerky.
Food is good and the place is clean. Thank you.Training seems a bit of a miss. You can always see it by the way a restaurant is run. Not only by the service you receive but by also by watching other tables as well. Most seem disgruntled and for good reason. It is also a bit weird to have a restaurant that is themed “country” but the music coming from the kitchen is heavy metal ( I like heavy-metal it just feels weird here). This is a restaurant with a good overall design but wrapped in an operations that is severely lacking.Good news is with a few tweaks, you could have a chain of restaurants worth following.
I got this order from Door Dash and it arrived in time and was hot. However, I was EXTREMELY disappointed when I looked at it! The "loaded" baked potato was just a whole potato with a small cup of toppings. The broccoli looked okay but expected them to be bland and the pork chops, which is why I ordered in the first place, looked terrible. However, as I was stuck at my wife's store, Angie's Gardens, down the road, I decided to make the best of it and just eat it anyway.Let me just say, I was wrong. This food, despite the appearance in the to go container, was absolutely fantastic! The broccoli was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. The chops were juicy and flavorful and the tater was actually really good, after adding the little bit of salt and pepper in the plastic ware pack as well as the butter, sour cream and cheese.I didn't try the apples cuz I was already full after the main dishes.I recommend this place, will order again - even for delivery and can't wait to visit in person!
Ordered the Chicken Fried Brisket dinner $17.99. What I got were 2 tiny slices. Came with a salad did not receive that or the baked potato. Also ordered the fried mushrooms and those were missing from my order. Had to drive 40 extra minutes to get the order corrected. The picture shows the tiny slice that originally was in the order the larger slice is the re-made order. Don’t think that I will be ordering again from here!
First time coming and the food was delicious and the portions were pretty big . The Arnold Palmer had a perfect balance of sweet and zesty, the fried pickles were extra crispy and the salad was fresh. But the best part was our waitress! Kara was such a sweetheart, very kind and very attentive. Thank you Kara for making this visit a pleasant one.
