I have not had Coldstone since 2008 and the ice cream still tastes amazing. I drove 25 minutes to visit this location (it's the closest to me) and it was worth it for the nostalgia. I purchased the Strawberry Blonde and it took me back to the first time I had it. I'm definitely glad I took the trip. I'm also glad that the employee was nice and wearing a mask. It's nice to go to a business that still has covid safe practices.
Store closes at 11pm. We arrived at 10:40pm and all the chairs were already stacked on tables so there was no place to sit. It was as if they were like — “we want to leave so you can’t sit down.” There were 7 of us and it was 55 degrees outside so we didn’t want to go outside to eat our ice ream. We stood up and ate our ice cream and then at exactly 11 we were asked to leave. Not welcoming at all & did not feel valued as a customer.

Very upset!The girl who helped me was extremely a piece of work. The lady third ahead of me in line got the last waffle cone. People second ahead of me in line wanted a waffle cone she told them no. The guy in front wanted a cone and the guy helping him made one. When he hands it over the guy ahead of him obviously got upset.She takes time to complain to two coworkers and then stands there looking around for someone to take us instead of her.I ordered a like it cotton candy with marshmallow. The entire time she made my ice cream she was talking about how small it was and how she never knows what size.I got half the amount of ice cream that comes in a like it AND IT WAS HALF MELTED!
Great crew tonight! They were super busy but we were in and out quick! Super friendly and every team member stepped in to help one another.

Disappointed that this business does not have a single post-pandemic notice or practice in place as other business do. For instance, there aren’t 6ft markers on the floor to socially distance. Last night other patrons both in line and picking up orders didn’t you cared or didn’t acknowledge a person’s personal space. The situation caused anxiety give how post Covid safety measures should be observed whether or not patrons are vaccinated. I’d bet in Covid contact tracing, this place is right in the middle of virus spreading.
I got cake batter with mint yellow cake and marshmallows it was very good 10/10 would recommend and very good service

Today was the first day that I had Cold Stone in almost two years and I was not disappointed AT ALL!! Itzeel was such a sweetheart and her customer service skills were impeccable. She made my Founders Favorite exactly how I asked and it was amazing. This location was amazing and she really made my drive and overall experience worthwhile.
