I took my family outing… it’s been years since I have been to cici pizza off of sawdust rd… the pizza quality was better back in the day… now, the pizza was below average and the price was ridiculous priced. A family of 6 with a 18 month old and they charge me full price. $6 for kids and $9 for adults… whatever happened to the $2.99 all u can eat buffet!!! This will be the last time I’ll come here.

Lets start from the beginning...we went in about 8 (they close at 11) we were told we could only sit in the middle section because all of the other sitting areas were closed. The middle section already had about 4 or 5 families sitting in it and the area was pretty congested. It was clear that they were trying to preclose way earlier than they should. Next the food...of Cicis is not gourmet pizza but they are famous for their variety and fun atmosphere. Well of course there was no variety, probably 5 pizzas out a 1 time all pepperoni or sausage or plain cheese. Then when they reloaded......pepperoni, sausage, cheese. Once again it was very clear that they were trying to close way earlier than they should. Overall there are 5 people in my family and I spent nearly 100 bucks and was very disappointed.

Worst customer service EVER. Only one person in the restaraunt spoke english and he was still learning english. Totallllll communication breakdown and blamed the customer....wont ever be back. Not to mention they charge like they are some high dollar pizza place. There are too many details to even mention. Just dont expect anything out of tjos location

Lots of changes since I've last dined in (before covid). I didn't agree with the age limit for kids which recently changed (unless it was incorrect). 10 and older is charged as an adult. Also you can no longer order personalized pizzas with the preferred toppings. Will I return?! Yes but I know what to expect next time.

Let me tell you the pizza, everything was good. Except the next day I threw up the pizza. I went to the doctor and they said i was sick cause of the pizza. Never going there

Pizza was almost just okay. Served in a takeout box. Very large dining area.

I met a friend for lunch here, so our kids could play in the arcade area while we talked. After our kids had been playing in there for about 5-10 minutes, a guy came to our table (I’m guessing a manager) and asked if our kids were playing in that area. He needed them to leave, so he could service the games, so he could, and I quote, “do his job.” I could be wrong, but isn’t that something that should be taken care of before the restaurant opens or after it closes? There were tables that needed to be cleaned off, and the floor was sticky. I would think it’s more important to keep the dining area clean than to service the arcade area while kids are playing!

Not a lot of variety for the buffet. Took a while for staff to acknowledge all the people at the door. End of day and you could tell they were ready to go. Wouldn't recommend.

I grew up going to Cicis with my family, so I have fond memories...but it has probably been years since I have visited any Cicis location. I don't know if it was this particular location, but it was terrible this time. We had to keep asking them to put out certain pizzas. The salad bar had random things, but not much of what I would expect for a variety salad bar (such as no cucumber, olives, etc...). And the sauce for the pasta had very little flavor. The group I was with was also disappointed with the food. We also went to Cicis because of the small arcade room for the kids to play, but most of the games were not working. I don't usually do reviews, but I felt rather disappointed and probably won't go to Cicis again..

The manager overcharged us 3 adults and 1 kid came out to $48 which we later realized was too much. I threw the receipt away and didn't want to argue with him over $10 but that's bad business also he wa
