I usually enjoy chipotle on rare occasions but in June 3rd at the six pines location I had a horrible experience spending almost 17 dollars on a steak bowl to receive mostly fat/gristle how disgusting and the pinto beans were bland and hard. Nothing have taste including the rice like how ! I just find it so frustrating that you NEED a receipt to get a refund give that the employee never gave a receipt even though I held the line looking for it when I purchased my food . No refund has been issued to me still and customer service seems to only care about customers that have the app because again without a receipt how am I suppose to know all the details to proved them with ! HIGHLY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED
Food and service was amazing! But THEY DONT HAVE WORKING AC!! How stupid it is? And how stupid is management and owners??!!You need to fix it ASAP. You can’t operate restaurant without working ac when it’s 96 degrees outside! It’s true torture for your employees, who can’t just leave like customers. They’re all exhausted, sweaty and melting there????Shame on management and owners!!!
This location of chipotle used to be REALLY good, but now they have definitely fallen off. They used to have the really good adults that would hook you up but now they have clueless teenagers that can’t cook for their life. Also I understand if it’s their first job but like they could definitely add more to the bowls especially for what you pay for it. I got a tiny bit of everything BUT guacamole so every bit was a mouthful of guacamole and don’t get me wrong their guacamole game is actually pretty tight but man….. ??. Definitely would go to another location next time. ALSO THE PERSON THERE GAVE ME LIKE A PINCH OF CHEESE the other stuff okay like fine BUT DONT COME BETWEEN ME AND MY CHEESE. so yeah honestly sucked. (But I still love chipotle)
I'm done giving chances. I ordered 2 bowls today. Friday at 5:30 and all the food was mostly empty. They hadn't restocked for dinner. Rice and meat were hard and cold. The place was a mess. I should've just walked away like I wanted to when I saw the place but my son really wanted chipotle. What a waste. Dinner was a bust ?
This place used to be great. Salsa was frozen and they literally chipped it out to put in my bowl. Made the entire thing ice cold. I’ve machine was broken, a few soft drink options where out. Lady just shrugged when I asked her if they had ice and walked off. Had to wait for someone else to come out of the kitchen to ask. This place is going down hill in such a hurry it’s insane.
I come here almost every week and I have a favorite order I always do through my mobile app, and last week I showed up only to realize the app somehow glitched and sent It to a location I never go to. They told me I would have to call the other location to get a refund and that I’d have to pay again there.. Despite calling the other location and asking for a refund they never gave me one. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have just gotten my order remade.. especially if I’m a regular. I wasted $15 for no reason!
First off the portion control was awful, the restaurant was filthy as hell! Then the soda machine was broken, but was only told that AFTER we bought fountain drinks. The bathrooms were some of the worst I've ever use they smells and looked like they haven't been cleaned in days! What a pathetic excuse for a Chipotle. I wont ever come here again!
Food was good. C.J. and the entire staff was very polite.
I love this Chipotle and have been going here for over 5 years. I mostly go in to the restaurant to order, and on occasion will order delivery when I'm feeling lazy. I have had minimal issues with delivery... until today. What I received today was a big enough joke to warrant me writing this. I ordered (and paid extra for) double meat with extra rice and no beans. I don't go in and demand extra everything, but I've always felt its a fair trade to do extra rice since I don't get beans. I get Chipotle enough to know the normal weight range of my order, and immediately upon receiving the bag from my delivery guy I knew I had been screwed in a big way. Upon opening, I was floored. The pictures are of a real $14 dollar bowl that took about 14 bites to finish. Spoon for reference.
