Lunch date with my Wife, maybe its been a while or maybe Kat and Andrea (there was a male server also but I was unable or forgot to get his name, you were awesome too bro) actually were that damn awesome! But we really like everything from the beginning, Kat was very warm and welcoming and the establishment was very clean and so not crowded; around 10 or 11 am. The food was very good and filling, my wife orderded a Patron Margarita which was great and a 6oz steak that was very well cooked, I ordered the Cajun pasta with sausage, chicken, and shrimp, the bomb btw. So to wrap it up would highly recommend Chili's as a stellar place to eat! Might bring the kids next time, there's an endorsement!

My group and I had a very mixed experience at this Chili’s. The 5 of us came for lunch. The restaurant was pretty empty. Looked like just a manager, waitress, food runner, and bartender in the front. The food was pretty much what we expected. The 5 of us were seated at a booth for 6. Rather than squeezing in the booth, one of my coworkers decided to grab a chair and seat herself at the end of the table. While our boss was in the bathroom, the manager came over and sat in our booth VERY close to my coworker in the chair. She was a shorter, stout woman. She started talking quietly to her. At first the rest of us thought maybe they knew each other. The manager was clearly NOT speaking to the entire table. We quickly realized the manager was hitting on my coworker. She tried subtly playing with her wedding ring, but the manager didn’t notice. My coworker’s face was quickly turning to a look of horror and embarrassment. It was almost to the point that I was going to ask the manager to leave our booth when our boss returned from the bathroom and she had to get up so he could sit down. Even then, she stayed and flirted a little longer while standing way too close to my coworker. Eventually the manager left (and never came back). At the end of the meal we asked her if she wanted us to say something to the manager but she was mortified and just wanted to leave. The food was fine. Our waitress and the food runner were good. The manager was very unprofessional, creepy, and pretty obtuse. She was not picking up the rejection/terror signals. Unfortunately, none of us will be returning to this particular Chili’s.

I hadn't reaaly been a fan on Chili's but had been on the road a while and I thought I'd give it another shot. Tonight completely changed that for me. The food was some of the best food I’ve had in a while. Fresh, delicious, I mean all around hit the marks. Our server was phenomenal, so attentive and sweet. She kept checking on us, but wasn’t overbearing about it. Very good server & I wish I had caught her name so I could give her the credit she deserved. Think it was Amber or April. Anyhow I will definitely be back & wish I could give higher than 5 stars!!

On a cold, Friday night chili at Chili's ?️, hit the spot.Grandson loved the chicken strips and fries.

Extremely slow service. We felt like we were being held hostage at the end as we waited for our dessert... And we would have gladly given up our dessert just to get our check and get out of there after 2 hours. Food was fantastic and the servers were absolutely lovely, just very slow and I think it was more the kitchen than the servers. The management did give us a substantial discount, but if you're wanting to go to this restaurant make sure you've got a little extra time.

We used to come here all the time and everything was great! It's my sons favorite restaurant so we have started coming every Thursday. We were going in, but the service took forever. We would wait 5-10 minutes just for a waiter to come to our table and take our drink order. We would usually be ready to order our meal at that point so we would. It would take another 5-10 minutes to get our drinks and chips and salsa. It would then take at least 45 minutes for our food to come out. The restaurant was practically empty. After a couple of weeks of this happening we decided to try curbside. That was just as bad. The first time they brought it out to us about 15 minutes late. There were a lot of people so we didn't get upset. They were busy. The next two weeks weren't so great. The first week after they took 30 minutes to get our food and they didn't bring it to us, I had to go in and get it. The next week we waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes. I went in and found that they hadn't started our order. I had to wait inside for them to cook it and pack it.This final week was the final straw. We set the time for a 6:00 pickup. We arrived at 5:39 and checked in. At 6:10 my husband went in. The girl at the desk never greeted him. When she did finally talk to him (after speaking with the gentleman who walked in AFTER my husband) the food wasn't ready. Not only that but they didn't have chocolate milk (that has also been an issue in the past) and when we got home they didn't put the salsa in the bag. We are done with this location! They take forever, don't speak to their customers in a timely manner, and they either get the order wrong or they don't have what we want.

Stood and waited for over 15 mins in the to go to pick up an order. No one acknowledged me instead she was on her phone. She saw me, walked past me to put an order on the rack. I tried to say something and she walked past me. I never come here because of the service, but decided to give it another try because I actually like the food. Not again!

Service was great! We were seated promptly and our waitress was wonderful. However, our food was terrible! The cheese fries were burnt to the cast iron, the pasta was crunchy, tasteless, and overcooked. Food temp was inconsistent and our table was covered in dust. The prices are way too high for these generic options. Do better Chili’s.

We came to have lunch as a family and I wasn’t very pleased with how things were handled. I completely respect and understand many places are short staffed but it rudeness and attitude is not needed. We asked a young lady if she was helping seat people and with a rude response she wasn’t helpful and walked away. She came back to sit down a family that arrived prior and never came back to ask how many in our party and to help us sit down. It would of been nice to have even been told give us a second we are short staffed but nothing. All employees walking around seeing us and not taking the time to assist.

Our waiter was absolutely awesome. He had a great personality and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and made correctly even with substitutions. Wonderful dinner out.
